Localização, café da manhã, atendimento dos funcionários (excelente), ar condicionado, e a limpeza.

Cons:

A TV sintonizava somente canais abertos e com péssima imagem, o box do banheiro estava entupido e o registro não fechava direito, perdendo muita água.

Funcionários educados e prestativos. Café da manhã ótimo.

Cons:

Quarto. O quarto tamanho família parece que estávamos dormindo encima do esgoto, uma catinga insuportável, ia ficar 5 dias mas so fiquei 2 poque já tinha pago. Comuniquei na recepção a respeito do mau odor e me disseram que já estavam cientes, mas em nenhum momento me oferecereram outro quarto.
