The best hotel in the area with minor flaws
Pros:

Standard rooms have mountain views. I was upgraded to a superior room with a view of the wide valley and Mount Ararat.

The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, modern, and not yet worn. Unfortunately, the walls are very thin. You can hear all the neighbors...

All the amenities, such as the TV, refrigerator, etc., worked perfectly.

The attached restaurant was closed. The evening buffet offered in the hotel instead was not particularly good. Most of the dishes were almost cold. Breakfast was also nothing special, but adequate. Here, too, what should have been hot was rather cold...

Excellent!
Pros:

Everything was fine, very delicious, big variety, excellent service, staff was very friendly and helpful. The hospitality of the owner of the hotel was incredible. Live music in the restaurant was a pleasant bonus to our stay. Highly recommended this place!

Maybe to offer an option - transfer from the airport to the facility.
