Service richtet sich nach "Gefallen" der Gäste

Das Hotel lag nah an der Veranstaltungshalle, wo wir abends einkehren wollten.

Cons:

Das Personal richtet seinen Service wohl nach dem "Gefallen" der Gäste. Wir waren etwas eher (1,5 Std) am Hotel, da wir über 500 km angereist waren und es der Straßenverkehr zulies. An der Rezeption sagte man uns, unser Zimmer sei schon fertig, wenn wir es aber beziehen wollten, müssten man uns 20 Euro extra für die verfrühte Ankunft berechnen. Am Schalter nebenan konnte ein Gast ohne diese "Servicepauschale" einchecken. Eine Bekannte, die ebenfalls das Hotel nutze, durfte ebenfalls eher auf ihr Zimmer ohne extra bezahlen zu müssen. Daher sind wir dann sofort zur Lokation (haben uns im Hotelklo im Foyer umgezogen) und konnten erst Nachts einchecken.
Nein, das ist für mich Willkür und kein Service.
