It's not a lavish luxury hotel, it's a good affordable place to stay for work. Need was fantastic! Very clean. Good climate control. But no coffee :(

There were no lamps in the room just one big bright over lit overhead light the app said pet friendly but I was told not to bring my service dog back.. the room was not clean when I got in it there was dirt on the floor the only nice thing about the room was the refrigerator

We only stayed here for a night and I won’t ever be back. There were no towels or toilet paper in the room on check in. The tv in the 1st bedroom didn’t work. We had to wait 10 minutes before I could check in because no one was manning the desk, and they already charged my card before we got there.

No mirror in the bathroom. Outlets didn’t work. Air barely worked. It’s what you get for the pay
I didn't like that I wasn't able to ever check in and had to get a room elsewhere because there was no one at the front desk or on the other end of any phone number given therefore having to pay for a place or service I didn't receive because it was no refundable..
I booked a pet friendly hotel. When I walked into the lobby to check in the first thing I see is a sign saying "no pets". When I said I booked a pet friendly hotel they asked if it was through hotels.com to which I said yes. Was told either the $50 or no refund cancel since it was less than 24 hrs out from check in. This is extortion! Absolutely dishonest and disgusting behavior.
Was that was asked if I had a pet with me and after answering no was still made to give a $50 deposit no additional outlets for mobile devices no place to hang your clothes up not very friendly atmosphere.
It average not bad not great... Clean but in sketchy area..
