Very nice staff and hotel

The breakfast was okay, location was central to other destinations.
Overall the hotel didn’t feel or smell very clean. There were a lot of untidy details in the lobby, the hallways smelled unclean. The bathroom in my room had a strong horrible greasy smell, supposedly they came to clean it while I was out but it didn’t get rid of the smell. The pillows were the worst pillows I’ve ever had at a hotel

The A/C was spot on. Amenities were nice. I really can't think of anything else except the staff was very professional.
The room was very small. When we arrived my dog Identified that prior to our occupancy the must have been another animal stay in the room prior to our arrival. ! because we could smell urine in the carpet. My dog who is a scent work identified urine was in the carpet. Also the floors on the 3 floor creek when you walk on them. For the price I plaided I expected better. The coffee maker in the room didn't work tried numerous time to get it to work.
Room was clean, staff was friendly, and location was good.
Rooms are small and you have to pay for breakfast, which we didn’t realize until we got the check. They should really do a better job of advertising that you have to pay for cold powdered eggs and stale pancakes.

The whole hotel was very clean. The staff was absolutely the kindest.
The tv didn’t work the first night, but they fixed it the following day. It is not a deal breaker for me though. I will be staying there in the future when I go back to Lubbock and visit.

Attentive reception staff. Our room was far from elevators. Although located in second floor, we were able to call elevators fast. Good shower with bathroom supplies
