Da equipe do hotel, desde a recepção ao restaurante. Muito boa! Estão de Parabéens.

Cons:

Das informações incompletas ou incorretas. No site dizia que o pagamento poderia ser em até 6 parcelas. Nos cobraram 50% uma semana antes do check-in, sem parcelamento.
Não vimos em nenhum lugar a informação de cobrança de rolha. Jantamos na parte externa (gastando mais de R$ 500) e minha mulher tomou uma garrafa de vinho que tínhamos, Não nos disseram nada, mas cobraram um valor de R$ 55,00 por "rolha".
Os drinks tinham 20% de desconto dizendo uma certa palavra. Ao chegar em casa e conferir a conta, alguns dos drinks não tiveram o desconto.
O local é muito distante das praias (meia hora de carro) e dos bares/restaurantes.

Seria mais uma sugestão, poderiam acrescentar no cardápio pratos feito, mais trivial, com valores mais acessíveis.
E trocar a marca do chop, por Brahma, o atual é aguado.

Foi um passeio gostoso, o clima perfeito, gostei por ser um lugar bem familiar... Ambientes aconchegantes e bem limpos.

Cons:

Só achei caras as comidas e bebidas... Uma água mineral 8,00, o prato no jantar pra 2 pessoas, com risoto e 2 postas pequenas de salmão por 269,00 + 10% ou seja, 296,00 achei puxado demais além de demorar 1 hora para servir... Já estávamos desistindo de jantar quando finalmente o prato chegou...
