Só a piscina já vale a estadia...
Pros:

Funcionários educados e prestativos, localização ótima, perto de tudo, a piscina de borda infinita com vista pra cidade, o café da manhã na beira da piscina.

Pros:

The room was stylish and included a spacious and comfortable large bed and was very clean.
The staff were very welcoming and friendly and made us feel at home. They arranged transport from the airport for us too.
The pool was amazing with a stunning view of Phnom Penh, was wonderful to see the sunset over the buildings.
Breakfast had a good choice, including cooked options. Altogether very pleased with this accommodation.

Très bel hôtel au cœur de Phnom Penh

We normally do not leave critical reviews, but this hotel brands itself as a resort but falls short of that standard due to items that would be easy to fix.

- The shower flooded the bathroom every time we used it. The shower door did not seal properly and the area around the door was inexplicably the lowest point of the floor rather than the drain. The picture is 20 hours after our most recent shower - you can see that there is still a puddle around the door area but the drain is dry.

- Our view was directly into what seemed to be an office building across a small alley (there were people in there at night, too). While the view is not the hotel’s fault, there was only a blackout curtain provided, so we could not get any daylight without sacrificing privacy. This would be solved with a second set of white curtains that let in light.

- The WiFi was very poor and did not support steaming - we tried on multiple devices at different times of day without success.

- As is standard in Cambodia, you should not flush toilet paper (we confirmed with staff this is the case at this hotel). But there was no waste can in the bathroom or even near the sink outside - instead, the only can was one without a lid under the desk in the middle of the room.

- The pool area is beautiful but only has 12 chairs by the water (the rest of the rooftop seating area is tables/chairs for cocktails/food). All chairs were taken when we stopped by at 4:30 on a Wednesday (pre-happy hour). Given the size of the hotel (not to mention the pool is open to the public), and its branding as a resort, we found this odd.

Toll um Phnom Penh zu erkunden!
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Super saubere Zimmer und guter Roomservice. Tolle Massage und der Pool ist natürlich der Hammer mit dieser Aussicht. Hab mich rund um gut versorgt und wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Jammer auf hohem Niveau: Das für meinen Geschmack etwas zu laute und leicht scheppernde Musikgedudel im Restaurant fand ich etwas störend. Das wurde auf meinen Wunsch hin aber sofort leiser gemacht.

Väga hea hommikusöök, katusebassein lõõgastumiseks peale linnaga tutvumist. Võimalus endale auto vastu tellida kui saabud lennukiga ja seda olenemata kellaajast. Superhea teenindus.
