外国人スタッフの方が多くいらっしゃいましたが、日本語で一生懸命に説明してくださって、好感がもてました。

Cons:

外国人のツアー客が多く、対応するのが大変だとは思いますが、食事後の食器返却場所はあまり目につかないところのほうがよろしいかと思います。
これから食事をされる方や、バイキングなので追加で配膳れる方もいらっしゃるので。

ゆったりとした時間の流れ
Pros:

今回は部屋に用意されていた小タオル（手拭い）はビニール袋入りの新品でした。温泉旅館で提供される物と同様、薄手の生地の物に替わりました。とても清潔感があります。私は温泉入浴時、バスタオルは使いません。手ぬぐい1本です。風呂から上がる際は、手拭いで身体のすみずみまで拭きます。この新しいタオルは耳たぶやその後ろまで気持ちよく拭けます。ビショビショのまま脱衣場に上がり、床をすっかり濡らしてしまう人を見かけますが、この温泉用のタオルでしっかり拭いてくれるようになるとありがたいですね。
　夕食には新たに帆立貝の天婦羅が供されました。板前さんが目の前で揚げてくださり、誠においしかったです。スタッフの方々もいつもニコニコ挨拶や会釈をしてくださいます。ともすれば無機質になりがちなビュッフェスタイルですが、豊かな気持ちでご馳走をより堪能できます。この度も富士山を眺めながら、ゆったりとした時間の流れの中で食事をとれました。お心遣いに感謝しております。

水風呂の温度がちょっと低すぎるような気がします。
