Pros:

The hotel location is far from the station. They have pre-arranged shuttle services during check-in and check-out. The local bus stop is quite a walking distance away. There is a lake close by that one can enjoy the sunset. other than that, nothing pretty much nearby. Both breakfast and dinner are buffet style and spread is quite decent. recommended for those who drives. Not convenient to travel out for those not driving. But you get a decent view of mount fuji on clear days.

Cons:

Not convenient for those who do not drive and bus stop is far away. pretty much nothing to do around other than nature for those who like walking in the woods.

Pros:

La vista al Monte Fuji en la entrada del hotel es linda, la cercania del lago se valora michisimo, el bosque es hermoso y el prestamo de las bicicletas electricas realmente es de gran ayuda para la experiencia. Tienen un servicio de shuttle gratuito que es de gran ayuda también ya que el lugar es de poco acceso sin automóvil propio.

Cons:

No pudimos llegar a los lugares que teniamos planeados visitar porque no habia transporte. La comida era demasiado cara y no era nada rica, ademas que los grupos de gente que llegan eran enormes y mal educados. El banco de aguas es limdo pero no es natural. Las recamaras fueron decepcionantes, las camas duras, el baño muy pequeño e incómodo. Esperaba mucho mas por el precio del alojamiento, además que cuando reservé decía que los alimentos estaban incluidos y al llegar al hospedaje nos cobraban el mismo precio pagado por el alojamiento para poder acceder a los alimentos, una locura en verdad.
Tienen un área muy linda de juegos con un espacio para los niños pero el horario es muy corto, ojalá fuera mas amplio para que los niños puedan jugar y los papás descansar un poco mas.

석식 뷔페, 게임센터, 대욕장 너무 좋았어요.

Cons:

메인 게이트 바로 옆에 흡연장소가 있어서 로비까지 담배냄새가 들어와요. 흡연장소 더 외진 곳으로 옮겼으면 좋겠어요.

Pros:

部屋とお風呂が綺麗

Cons:

女風呂にサウナが無い
朝スチームサウナに入ろうとしたら出来上がってなく入れなかった
朝食にもう少し工夫が欲しい
朝食の時男性スタッフが綺麗な女性には対応めちゃくちゃ良く、話しもしていたのでどうかと思いました。
その反面どうでも良い客には普通だったのがとても残念でした
モテる男たるものどんな女性に対しても平等でいて欲しいものですね
まあ個人的にはなんだあいつ！と笑っていましたので大した事ではないのですがね

上司がお客様に対して朝からもっと大きな声で挨拶しなさい！と食事会場で指導していましたが、朝は柔らかい言い方の方が僕は良いです
朝からうるさいのはちょっと・・・
ですが大変なのがわかるので同情します

富士山を見る旅

One of my favorite places to stay near Motosuko lake.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is perfect! Very nice dinner, the view from the restaurant's terrace is very good when Fuji is seen.

overall, i would recommend it. i will stay again
Pros:

FOOD: wide variety for dinner, tho it has to be scheduled. probably because there were big groups that time but it was organized. and the view from the dining area!
ROOM: it was big and bed & tatami was comfy.
LOCATION: Made us go to the pink moss first thing in the morning
FACILITIES: Got to do Karaoke, onsen, ample parking spaces

Cons:

AIRCON: I had to open our window, no aircon during our stay. It was between winter and spring.
ROOMS: a bit far
PARKING: bus parking spaces are actually nearer than car park but no covered wallkway
