Excellent hotel! Location is a bit inaccessible without a car or a private bus though.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast, facilities, and in-house onsen. Room was large, tidy, and extremely clean. Affordable when we stayed too!

Cons:

More electrical outlets within the rooms would have been nice but not a big minus.

ハキハキしたスタッフて良かった！海外の方が研修していたようで言葉が分からないうでしたが頑張って居ました　
晴天に恵まれ富士山が美しく　富士山で施設も格が上がりますね

Cons:

お食事が会場に入るなり蟹の脚が売りなのか皿にポンと入れられましたが
まずはいかがですか？と聞きのがよいのでは？アレルギー有る方とかいますからね　お料理はローストビーフ以外はありきたりでした　残念！

総合的にはすごく良い

夕食と朝食まあまあ良かった。
温泉風呂も良かった。
外国人スタッフの言葉使いも良かった。

Cons:

スタッフが空いてるテーブルの拭き掃除、消毒スプレーを使ってスプレーする時、隣りにいる自分に飛んできた気がする。

Pros:

・ゲームなどがあるスペースで子どもが遊べた。
・お風呂が空いている。

スタッフは感じの良い方か多く良かったと思う。

Cons:

海外から来られた宿泊客のマナーが良くない。文化なので多くは求めていないが、灰皿に唾や痰を吐いていたり、お菓子が廊下に散乱、ブュッフェで順番を守らない等が昨年と同様にあった。

Great hotel with thermal baths beautifully located by the lake
Pros:

Great hotel located beautifully in the Forrest by a lake. Wonderful thermal bath and nice kimonos to use within the hotel. We had both breakfast and dinner included and the buffets offered a large variety of delicious food. We borrowed electrical bikes which was a great way to get around.

Cons:

The beds were very hard and not comfortable.

インバウンド専用ホテルで最悪
Pros:

大浴場は人工温泉だが広くて良かった

Cons:

インバウンドの客が大変多く、食事会場が大変混雑していた。ホテルは少数日本人客に対しての座席の配慮など全くなく食事が落ち着いてできない。不愉快でした。卓球やビリヤードも外人に占領されていた。部屋のトイレにスリッパがないのは気持ち悪かった。

食事中にうるさい客に注意できない支配人？もしくは管理者的立場のスタッフの頼りなさ残念

外観の夜の雰囲気

Cons:

海外からの客が食事中うるさかった。会話は仕方ないにしろ、携帯電話で大声で話していて、周りの日本人客はみんなうるさいって小言言ってた。
スタッフの方は全然注意等せずに見て見ぬふりしてた。海外も自国のお客様も同様に接するべき。
