Lack of drawer space
3 singles bed in a room, receptionist were helpful.
The servers from breakfast service. Didn’t feel welcome, no customer service with a smile and the girl looked miserable which wasn’t nice experience to be around especially when we need to ask for vegan options. At the breakfast bar, they didn’t have a lot of vegan options in because they ran out of oats milk despite knowing that they got vegans staying so I was not impressed by this service because this could have been avoided especially when they were aware of us staying so I do expect them to be fully stocked for vegan options and they weren’t. Very disappointed especially when we’re paying same prices as other customers and they had unlimited choices.

The venue was very pleasant . The cleanlyness and facilities of the room were very good.

I didn't like the beverage machine, a pot of tea would have been nice
The tables in the restaurant and bar were very sticky. I believe this maybe to do with the cleaning fluid used, but someone needs to come up with something that gives a polish as well.
On our second night we opted to eat in the bar as there was a golf gathering in the restaurant. I think we should have been offered a better option as we had to sit at a high table and the service was very bad. Also as the menu hadn'd altered choice was limited.
Nice, peaceful location surrounded by golf courses gardens and trees, no noise from traffic. Room was nicely decorated and the bed was large and confortable. Good choice of coffee bags in room and a complimentary bottle of water. Lovely view out over the golf course from the breakfast area.
The pillows lacked support. The bathroom appeared to have no extractor fan or adequate ventilation. After three people had used the shower, the room remained extremely steamy and humid, even after we left it for over an hour. Service at the bar in the evening wasn't as good as we would have expected for such a venue- communication was sometimes handled by loudly shouting across the bar area instead of engaging with guests discretely and in a professional manner.
Staff were all so helpful and polite, it's was a lovely relaxing atmosphere.

The food was awful. I expected more than budget hotel food.
Quick and efficient checking in , Room was fantastic and very clean and tidy .golf courses outstanding . Definitely recommend overnight stay and play golf ⛳️ 👏🏻 👏🏻

Beautiful hotel in lovely scenic grounds, lots of parking, friendly reception staff, comfy beds, fab walk in shower and lovely breakfast buffet available 7am-11am.
Nit picking but would have liked more teabags/ milk sachets.

The only slight concern was soundproofing could have been a bit better if adjoining rooms were using their TVs but as we spent very little time in the room it wasn't a problem and would not put us off staying again.
