A good place to stay
Pros:

Comfortable room, good bed, excellent shower. Food (at previous stays) very good.

Cons:

Staff didn’t tell me what time dinner was when I checked in. Arrived at 8:30pm and was told they’d stopped serving at 8:15pm. Disappointing.

Pleasant stay but smelly room☹️
Pros:

The location.

Cons:

There was a musty smell in the room and the bathroom. Had to keep the windows open to get rid of the smell. The shower had mould along the edges of the shower screen. Told the cleaning lady next morning. To be fair, she did her best but the room wasn’t aired enough.

Pros:

Amazing
Pros:

Very luxurious service was amazing first time visit was the best recommend it to anybody. Hygiene was amazing the cleanest I have seen amazing.

Cons:

Nothing as such but more variety for breakfast maybe but honestly it was great.

Poor organisation and breakfast service need to work on their customer service to create a pleasant atmosphere.
Pros:

3 singles bed in a room, receptionist were helpful.

Cons:

The servers from breakfast service. Didn’t feel welcome, no customer service with a smile and the girl looked miserable which wasn’t nice experience to be around especially when we need to ask for vegan options. At the breakfast bar, they didn’t have a lot of vegan options in because they ran out of oats milk despite knowing that they got vegans staying so I was not impressed by this service because this could have been avoided especially when they were aware of us staying so I do expect them to be fully stocked for vegan options and they weren’t. Very disappointed especially when we’re paying same prices as other customers and they had unlimited choices.

On the whole very pleasant but could have been better with some small tweeks.
Pros:

The venue was very pleasant . The cleanlyness and facilities of the room were very good.
Breakfast was very good, .
Dinner on our first night was excellent and muc enjoyed .

Cons:

I didn't like the beverage machine, a pot of tea would have been nice
The tables in the restaurant and bar were very sticky. I believe this maybe to do with the cleaning fluid used, but someone needs to come up with something that gives a polish as well.
On our second night we opted to eat in the bar as there was a golf gathering in the restaurant. I think we should have been offered a better option as we had to sit at a high table and the service was very bad. Also as the menu hadn'd altered choice was limited.

Nice enough especially if you are keen on golf
Pros:

Nice, peaceful location surrounded by golf courses gardens and trees, no noise from traffic. Room was nicely decorated and the bed was large and confortable. Good choice of coffee bags in room and a complimentary bottle of water. Lovely view out over the golf course from the breakfast area.

Cons:

The pillows lacked support. The bathroom appeared to have no extractor fan or adequate ventilation. After three people had used the shower, the room remained extremely steamy and humid, even after we left it for over an hour. Service at the bar in the evening wasn't as good as we would have expected for such a venue- communication was sometimes handled by loudly shouting across the bar area instead of engaging with guests discretely and in a professional manner.
