総合してよかったと思う。
Cons:

荷物を置く場所が少なく不便だと思う。部屋のスペ－スのこともあるが、ご一考願いたい。

駅近ホテルで良かったです❢
Pros:

スタッフがとても親切で丁寧に説明して頂いたことが嬉しかったです❢
朝食の時もスタッフが観光で来ているとわかると広島の物を使った料理等教えて頂いたりテーブルまで持ってきて頂けて嬉しい気持ちになりました。

Cons:

食事するレストランと大浴場が同じ階だったので、いつも旅行に行くと朝風呂に大浴場に行くのですが、食事時間と重なりそうでエレベーターが混雑が予想されていけなかったので、工夫してもらえるとうれしいです。

従業員の対応

Cons:

2部屋予約、ダブルとシングル。
しかしながら、シングル2人分よりダブルの値段が高いにも拘らず、部屋とベッドのサイズが、まさかの同じでビックリ。
自身が泊まったダブルの部屋は、ベッドもヘタっており2人には狭く寝心地悪し。

評判が良いはずの大浴場も大混雑で使わず。

Pros:

大浴場があり大きくてゆっくりお湯に浸かることができて疲れがとれました。
朝食も種類が豊富で目の前でオムレツも調理されスタッフも皆とても感じが良く丁寧でした。

Cons:

部屋のバストイレのドアがガラスのドアで中のシルエットが見えるので友人同士だとちょっと気になりました。
