Vue splendide sur le lac
Pros:

Nous avons beaucoup aimé l'emplacement au bord du lac. La vue y est sublime. Nous avons également apprécié la fondue dans de petites cabanes extérieures. Le petit déjeûner est excellent! Le personnel est vraiment très sympathique aussi. Les chambres sont d'une extrême propreté. La station de bus devant l'hôtel permet d'atteindre la gare de Lucerne en 15 minutes. Le bus est gratuit avec la carte fournie par l'hôtel. C'était un séjour très agréable.

Cons:

Nous aurions aimé savoir que des travaux de forage avaient commencé devant le bâtiment. Ces derniers commençaient à 7:20! Après réclamation, nous avons été déplacées dans deux autres chambres plus éloignées des travaux, donc plus silencieuses. C'était aussi un peu dommage que le restaurant ne propose pas autre chose que des fondues.

Pros:

chambre formidable avec belle terrasse vue magnifique s ouvrant sur le lac et les montagnes une salle de bain génial avec douche italienne et propreté impeccable et déjeuner des plus varies restaurant pour le soir menu varie et très bonne cuisine de plus arrêt de bus a proximité de l hôtel et a noël possibilité de manger la fondue dans des petits chalets au bord du lac sur la terrasse de l hôtel formidable a refaire

Nice place, it could be great with more attention to detail.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, no service help., so we had to set our own table outside etc. Our room smelled from the kitchen, and we needed a fan, which we didn’t have.

Location on the lake was beautiful.

Die Aussicht auf den Vierwaldstätter See.
Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel ( gratis mit Gästekarte nach Luzern fahren).

Cons:

Den Hot Pot kann nur mit Aufpreis (120 chf ) für 2 Std. von 21 bis 23 Uhr gebucht werden.

Cons:

Шумоизоляции нет совсем, румсервис отсутствует, бассейн без подогрева, теплый бассейн за дополнительную плату, телефона в номере нет- не возможно заказать еду в номер .
Маленький выбор на завтрак .
