Perfekt für einen Besuch in Köln und Umgebung
Pros:

Sehr netter Empfang und Check In mit einem Upgrade in ein Garten Doppelzimmer. Ich habe nur dort geschlafen, kein Frühstück oder sonstigen Service genutzt würde aber auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Herrlich ruhig ist es auch noch.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und das Zimmer war schön. Das Bett war sehr gut zum Schlafen. Alle sind sehr sehr freundlich 😊

Cons:

Vielleicht ist das Frühstück etwas zu teuer für den Standart der dargereicht wurde. Das wäre der einzige halbe Minuspunkt. Ich bin auf jedenfall satt geworden. Man kann sich ja so oft wie man will nach nehmen. Von daher .. halb so wild 😄

Pros:

Frühstück wie immer sehr gut. alles war ausreichend vorhanden. Sehr freundliches Personal und sehr schön im Wintergarten zu frühstücken

Onjuiste informatie verstrekt door het hotel over de ligging tov de lanxessArena. Zou in de buurt zijn maar is 40 minuten met ov plus de loopafstand. Zeer ontevreden over de afwikkeling.

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und modern (vor allem das Badezimmer). Das Personal ist total freundlich und die Lage ist ebenfalls gut (ca. 7 Minuten Fußweg bis zur nächsten Bahnstation).

Super Aufenthalt und herzlicher Empfang.
Pros:

Kostenloses Zimmerupgrade, da wir mit Baby angereist sind. Wir wurden vor der Anreise telefonisch kontaktiert und darüber informiert, dass wir auf Grund unseres Babys ein größeres Zimmer mit Küche erhalten. Ein sehr herzliches Gespräch, das unsere Vorfreude auf das Hotel noch einmal hat steigen lassen.

Cons:

Parken ohne Gebühren so gut wie unmöglich.
