Worst Stay Ever
Pros:

The restaurant management was appalling. Management's verbal assaults in a public area is something I have never experienced. The hotel is quite nice though.

A wonderful stay with a great atmosphere, excellent service and beautiful surroundings.
Pros:

Location is excellent and conveniently situated. The staff were warm, friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The shared facilities, including the reception area, foyer, restaurant, and public bathrooms, are beautifully designed, immaculate, and aesthetically pleasing, creating a lovely first impression. Bonus: The delectable bottomless brunch!

Cons:

The air con that I could not switch off completely in the bedroom. Affected my sinuses.
