The location of the hotel is great with lots of amenities and restaurants nearby. However I’d recommend you choose a a room with an even number as the odd numbered rooms face the courtyard with a LaParada and Tigers Milk which can get quite noisy.

Our stay was amazing. Excellent staff from the reception to room staff. Hotel location is very convenient, restaurants right outside the hotel, century city mall is 7 mins walk. A woolworhs food store is 3/4 mins walk.

The stuff was very friendly. Fantastic breakfast. Clean room with new furniture.

A bit amature - at checkin no mention of credit so ordered sandwich to room and had to have them come back to pay as there was no credit hold on card - never offered. At checkout the gentlemen Nathan was awesome!! Breakfast was not 4* - had stayed at Marriott the week before and it was incredible as a 4* compared to this property….breakfast buffet was like a dining hall where you ordered and couldn’t help yourself to anything….room layout poor - knocked yourself out when on the loo as the door open was 2” from your head - pillows huge and hard - had to sleep without to not have a crick in my neck - bed very hard (I like more firm but it was hard to the point of being uncomfortable).

Every single member of staff was friendly and very welcoming. Wonderful service. Food from the cafe could do with some serious improvement but honestly other than that it was such a pleasurable stay. Will most certainly be back

Everything was nice about the property but my Aircon didn’t work, called Maintainance, they came to fix it, it worked for 5 minutes and broke again. Not the nicest stay I had at this property

Was overall okay, met expectation. Difficult to rate as it was only for one day.

Friendly staff. When booking I mentioned it was my wife's birthday a few days earlier and they gave a bottle of wine and some cakes.

Great stay, well priced on hotels.com and the service was awesome.

Only drawback was the lightning in the room was quite dark due to the black painted ceilings.

Fantastic stay at this hotel. Wish we had found it earlier in our trip. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, from the front desk ataff, to housekeeping, to restaurant staff.

Has some of the best food we've had while in cape town, even if the menu is currently a bit limited due to COVID and limited guests at the hotel.

Everything from the rooms to the restaurant was spotless, and any thing we needed was quickly attended to. Without a doubt some of the best service I've received at any hotel anywhere. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend the hotel to anyone.

Enjoyable stay! If you are a light sleeper I would suggest asking for a mountain i.e non-square facing room as the restaurants on the square are quite noisy at night though the noise stopped at exactly 22:00 on Saturday night!

Nice place

Beautiful place. Decor top notch. Clean. Service fantastic ! The only thing was in house limited food choices at the cafe ! For longer stay this would be problematic. Would have to go outside : under covid !
