Il soggiorno è stato nel complesso discreto, ma ciò che mi ha deluso maggiormente è stato il servizio di pulizia. Nella descrizione della struttura era indicato che la camera sarebbe stata pulita quotidianamente, ma durante il mio soggiorno questo non è mai avvenuto.

Nonostante i miei ripetuti solleciti, sia di persona che attraverso i messaggi inviati tramite Booking, la situazione non è stata risolta e la camera non è mai stata pulita. Ritengo che questo sia un aspetto fondamentale del servizio offerto e che abbia influito negativamente sulla mia esperienza.

Mi auguro che la struttura possa migliorare questo aspetto per evitare che altri ospiti vivano lo stesso disagio.

Inoltre, la stanza era davvero molto piccola, con spazi piuttosto limitati. Anche il bagno presentava un problema importante: ogni volta che facevo la doccia, dopo pochi minuti l'acqua fuoriusciva e il pavimento si allagava, rendendo l'utilizzo del bagno poco pratico e sgradevole.

Is close to things so you can get around to places quick

Cons:

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing stay. The bed sheets had a stain on them, and there were holes in the bathroom wall that cockroaches were coming out of. Because of this, I felt uncomfortable and decided to check out early rather than continue my stay.

The soundproofing was also very poor, and I could clearly hear people in the room next door, which made it difficult to relax.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying here based on my experience.

Le bruit de la ventilation dans la salle de bains très fort et permanent . Impossible à supprimer ! J' étais epuisee d un long vol et n' ai pas pu trouver le sommeil. Beaucoup de bruits le matin.
