The location is simply amazing. I booked this place for two nights just to sleep over. My priorities were a comfortable

I liked that the room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the bed linen and towels were clean and smelled fresh. There was a kettle, a fridge, a hairdryer, and basic amenities in the room. I arrived at 11 p.m. and was able to check in quickly, although there were a few minor issues. There was no one at the reception desk, but it was clear what to do: there was a phone to contact a receptionist from another hotel.

Cons:

The walls and furniture looked a bit worn, and the room would have felt much cozier if it had been refreshed a little.

I arrived at night, and at reception I had to call the administrator. I had to do it twice because the key card did not work at first. When I came downstairs the second time, she was already gone, which was not very convenient. On top of that, she was not especially friendly. I understand that maybe the wrong key was given by mistake and the person was just tired, but it still did not leave a very good impression.

It was also not very clear how the lights and air conditioning worked. The air conditioner was noisy all night, and there were no instructions. I only figured out the lights intuitively.

Great location but not as what you see in the photos

The location was really good, near to the MRT, laundry place, the mall, and 7-Eleven

The room was small and run down, the toilet feels mouldy and the water heater is slow
