Cons:

The bathroom has a bad smell. I couldn't get Filter Coffee. It wasn't on the menu, considering we're in Chennai and South India in general.

Best Experience
Pros:

Everything is good about citadines from stay to breakfast. Staffs here are really nice and welcoming. Fahim and Kilen surprised us with a birthday cake which was really fantastic.
