Pros:

We liked the room and the experience there. The staff's behaviour was really polite and respectful. We loved our stay in Citadines.

Cons:

I'll say that they can provide bathrobe slippers. It's just a suggestion not a complaint. On request only we can get . But if they made it as a default thing it'll be great.

Feeling at home ..
Pros:

Clean, nice, modern, well structured building.
Staff super helpful!! Those from the front desk, the housekeepers, the security and also the staff from the restaurant.. they always will try to help and find solutions if you get any issue or concern.
The facilities of this premise are another plus.
Public laundry area, Spa and other facilities will make the stay very comfortable and enjoyable ♥️
