Pros:

Everything was very clean the room very spacious with the terrace and bed was really comfortable for a great price. We even got an upgrade

Cons:

Maintenance came in to change the lock. I wish it could have been done during room cleaning time while we were out

Excellent place to stay for a week.
Pros:

The sustainability initiative is brilliant. A water can to fill water in glass to drink immediately or bottles to carry along is perfect for travellers. The reusable soap and lotion dispensers in the bathroom are also great as it reduces the minitature plastic bottle waste. The mini kitchen was just perfect for any takeaway food or if I wished to cook something for myself with a microwave, stove top, and a fridge with the necessary cutlery and vessels as well. I didn't use much of it but it was convenient to be able to wash my bottle and refill before going out for the day. They do also have a free laundromat on site so you can clean your own clothes if needed. I wasn't staying long enough to avail this facility. And the best of all was the spa and salon service within the building.

Cons:

The only thing I would add here as a suggestion is to provide an option for thin blankets so that you don't have to crank up the AC at night and keep the room temperature at a pleasant cool. This will also help the hotel save energy. It would be nice if there was a convenience store on site as there isn't one in walking distance from the hotel.

Pros:

It is very clean and tidy and located at good location.

Cons:

They come to charge bill immediately even you request a tea. All petty items should be charged at the time of hotel check out . Service staff is limited . They take long time to come if you need anything/ service.
