There were very few options for breakfast for a vegetarian (vegan) like me. That is too repetitive across the week.

A bit of heaven amidst chaos; stress-free, relaxing, and the Olympics!!!!
Pros:

The greeting we received upon entering the hotel was warm, informative, and helpful. This is true of all the staff we encountered throughout our five-day stay. Our room was ready and in perfect order. The keys worked every time (that's a very big deal). Everything was clean and ready for us. We even managed to get in an unexpected walk to find the grocery (two blocks away) and restaurants for other meals. The location was ideal as everything was walkable within minutes: The Arlington County Courthouse, the Courthouse Metro Station, Whole Foods, Five Guys, and many other delicious offerings as well as brilliant shopping. Breakfast is not to be missed or dismissed with friendly staff and excellent food. Everyone we met was friendly, and happy. I cannot wait to stay again!. Also, it was just a 12-minute Lyft ride from DCA airport. Ideal all the way around!

Cons:

We loved everything and are delighted to find no fault whatever at the Hyatt Place Arlington Courthouse Hotel. Brava! You provided an absolutely outstanding visit for us and we are grateful.

Spacious room, poor internet, and rude receptionist.
Pros:

The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast is reasonable (for an American hotel).

Cons:

Initially, the wifi was extremely poor. I was in a corner room and thought that might be the case. I asked for another room, but the receptionist was just rude and said: "The internet is crappy in this hotel; another room is not going to fix it." I tested the wifi with my phone and it was ok in the corridors. However, they still didn't want to give me another room. After I returned to my room, the internet was suddenly better. However, at times it was very poor again.

It was great!
Pros:

I always gravitate to Hyatt Hotels when I travel. The room is always comfortable with a sofa for lounging. The beds are the best. I always sleep well while staying.

Cons:

The deadbolt on my door (room 221) did not work but I did not inform the front desk because I liked the room and felt safe with the toggle latch on.

i was disappointed, and not worth the amount of money i paid!
Pros:

i only liked that the hotel was in a safe area for solo travelers

Cons:

hygiene was a mess, i literally found hair that is not mine and other "things" in my towels EVERYDAY!
