My new go-to when coming to DC

Very, very good overall. Excellent fruit for breakfast, friendly staff that could not have been more helpful.

Pros:

I was in town to visit the Smithsonian but did not want to stay in the heart of D.C. Arlington offered the perfect solution. Serviced by DC metro so that we could zip in\out of the city, but far enough away to enjoy the safe, Walker friendly, beautiful neighborhood

Cons:

The parking garage is horrible- too small and cramped. Navigating through the tiny parking garage felt like trying to navigate a mine field. Parking was so close that we avoided parking there all together as to avoid getting the rental car damaged by anyone in an adjacent "parking space" merely opening the door and denting the car.

Pros:

Las habitaciones muy espaciosas y limpias. El desayuno muy completo fresco y el personal que lo prepara y atiende son muy amables y te ayudan con lo que pidas. Se encuentra a 2 cuadras del Metro, con una línea directo a National Mall, lo que lo hace muy fácil de moverse. Si vuelvo a hospedarme.

i was disappointed, and not worth the amount of money i paid!
Pros:

i only liked that the hotel was in a safe area for solo travelers

Cons:

hygiene was a mess, i literally found hair that is not mine and other "things" in my towels EVERYDAY!

It was great!
Pros:

I always gravitate to Hyatt Hotels when I travel. The room is always comfortable with a sofa for lounging. The beds are the best. I always sleep well while staying.

Cons:

The deadbolt on my door (room 221) did not work but I did not inform the front desk because I liked the room and felt safe with the toggle latch on.
