Exzellente Anbindung an die Metro, sehr gute Erreichbarkeit von Restaurants. Großes Zimmer im 8. OG. Gutes amerikanisches Breakfast. Frische Erdbeeren und Blaubeeren, Waffeln, Speck etc.. Kein Plastikbesteck. Richtiges Metall und keine Pappteller - super. Richtige Porzellan Kaffee-Tassen.

Great location for my weekend plans.

The hotel's location is excellent--2 blocks from the Metro, a few blocks from a big movie theater, and a short walk (less than 10 min) or a quicker bus ride to Clarendon, with lots of retail and restaurants. The free breakfast is very good: real eggs, bacon, other hot food, and the usual variety of cold foods. The in-room fridge is bigger than the standard one and didn't accidentally freeze my drinks. The room was very clean. There's in-room coffee. The A/C worked well. Blackout blinds are pretty good.

The bathroom is big enough to turn around in (there's a sliding door, which was OK, but some people dislike). The shower stall didn't leak onto the floor. Good water pressure and temperatures! There's plenty of counter space around the sink (downside: mirror is farther from you than usual). The towels are slightly larger and slightly thicker than the average hotel towel. There's actual bar soap for the sink (but only the usual pumps for the shower). There are not just one, but TWO hooks in the bathroom.

A few small negatives: There aren't many free outlets in the room to recharge your devices (and none by the desk!). Wifi is kind of slow, although fast enough to stream video. The faucet in the bathroom sink is too close to the back of the sink; you'll hit the back washing your hands. The room lighting isn't great--no light by the desk, with an overhead and a lamp a distance away. The elevators require you to put your room key card in front of a sensor, which, annoyingly, works only about half the time. The room carpet had a few small stains or burns in it. It's great that there's a safe, but it's practically on the floor of the closet, making it back-breaking to use.

Overall, I would definitely return!

Location, price and hotel great! The only complaint was the garage parking. It was too tight !!!! Exiting the garage was a nightmare. The exit route was not clear. Initially I went the wrong way and had such difficulty turning around.

Highly recommend this hotel. The staff are so very friendly! The breakfast was so good with real bacon and scrambled eggs. Love the tortillas and selection of fresh fruit. You can’t beat this location for convenience to the Metro, restaurants, and groceries (Whole Foods and TJs). Loved the big windows in the room and having a king bed and sofa pull out was ideal for couple with a grown kid. The elevators can be slow if u are on high floor and the air conditioner cannot be reduced below 67 degrees.

The breakfast was excellent as usual. The servers in the breakfast area are super friendly and helpful.

The location was well suited for a family with a very short walk to the metro. The breakfast was varied and people were very kind with the children. We were street facing on the 2nd floor and heard nothing. Quiet! The room was clean and the staff personable.

The state of the hotel left something to be desired. I kept having to move the toddler away from picking at the holes in the decor. The button to the elevator was covered in duct tape and the caulking around the sink was moldy/missing. The garage looked half demolished from cars running into the walls, it's so tight and one car lane only. Beware bringing your truck or SUV for $35 a night. We had to change some of our plans to try to avoid leaving unless we absolutely had to.

Nice location within walking distance to the subway to any museum. Staff are really friendly and supportive. Check-in and check-out are super easy with the Hyatt app. Breakfast is nice with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, French toast sticks, bagels, fruits, milk, tea etc. Great for a family vacation.
