I was a little disappointed with the breakfast. By 8:30 the hot options were gone & only waffles were available. The other choices were fine.
The pillows need replacing. They all had an unpleasant stale odor. The sheets felt old and were very thin. There was no Do Not Disturb tag for my door and my room was never cleaned. The refrigerator did not work. I don't think it was plugged in because no matter what setting I tried there was no sound to indicate that it was running. I needed to add bags of ice to keep my perishables cold.
Staff at the front desk were great! Very helpful and friendly.

As a senior citizen found the bathtub slippery when taking a shower. Had to be very cautious
the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. the bed was amazingly comfortable. the staff was friendly and helpful. the breakfast was adequate in a lovely large area. i would definitely return if traveling through johnson city again.
