We had a great stay.
Pros:

The Room was nice and clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The breakfast wasn't good. The sausage tasted like it was left over and the bacon needed to have been cooked longer.

Convenience to our event

Cons:

We booked the room for our 20 year old daughter and her boyfriend for one night to attend interviews at ETSU. I called ahead to make sure everything was good and there was no issues with her checking in. Once there they wouldn't let her check in. Bc she wasn't 21...and said the girl I talked to had been fired. It was a big fiasco. But their website did not say anything about you having to be 21 to rent a room

If I ever go back to Johnson City I will def stay there.
Pros:

Loved the room, 2 TV's, pillows and bed were as good as any and better than most. Shower was great. Very impressed.

Cons:

I think that pool is a waste of space.

The shower head was worth the stay ! I literally searched the name & am ordering one for myself. Everything was great. The breakfast buffet could use a tweak but the coffee was awesome !
