Pros:

Impecable en limpieza y el staff no podría ser mejor en amabilidad y eficiencia.
Sin embargo, la decoración del hotel es fría e impersonal. Cero acogedor.
Para operar la ducha y la tv de la habitación se requiere primero tomar un curso. Son complicadas, cero intuitivas.
En el restaurante, la comida bastante X. Nada para presumir. De hecho, me recordó la comida de hospital, insípida y sin carácter. El buffet del desayuno, apenas con lo mínimo indispensable. No tenían cosas como jugo de naranja, tocino o hot cakes, que me parecen básicos del desayuno.
En resumen, bien, a secas, y con algunas áreas de oportunidad.

There is no one to receive your vehicle. They do not have bell boys available when you need them. They do not have their one parking lot. You can not adjust the air conditioned from your room.

Me gustó el desayuno; que el personal de front desk es muy atento. Me gusta en general el hotel. La señorita de housekeeping fue atenta y el técnico que revisó la tv, también. Solo hubo algo que no me gustó: olvidamos quitar el aviso de la puerta de no molestar, y llamamos al hotel para pedir que arreglaran nuestra habitación, pero no la hicieron. Fuera de eso, todo bien. Volvería.

En la habitación siento que la alfombra no se ve lo suficientemente limpia; la persiana de la habitación se ve deteriorada. Solo hubo algo que no me gustó: olvidamos quitar el aviso de la puerta de no molestar, y llamamos al hotel para pedir que arreglaran nuestra habitación, pero no la hicieron. Fuera de eso, todo bien. Volvería.

The hotel was comfortable and close to most areas.
Pros:

The room was large,spacious and extremely comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfast was good and and the staff did everything they could to make sure that our stay was comfortable.
Beds were very comfortable and all we had to do was ask for extra bedding, towels, etc.
Staff spoke Spanish and English which helped with directions and recommendations on places to visit.

Cons:

Having to pay for parking on a daily basis.
