Buena atención y servicio, mal sabor de boca con el up grade. El famoso bait and switch.
Pros:

Desayuno muy bueno al igual que las atenciones del staff en general.

Cons:

Lo único negativo fue al solicitar la tercer persona en la habitación el recepcion nos reubico a una suite que no pedimos ni nos lo mencionó y al check out me querian cobrar por un 'up grade' que no pedi.

Ich hatte eine Superior Suite gebucht und das Zimmer war sehr groß und komfortabel. Das Frühstücksbuffet war umfangreich und schön angerichtet. Die Lage ist recht zentral.

La habitación era muy bonita y las vistas eran excelentes. El espacio donde me hospedé estaba muy bien equipado, especialmente para estancias largas, ya que prácticamente se trataba de un loft con todas las comodidades necesarias. El desayuno me pareció muy completo y la comida, en general, estaba rica. Sin duda, es un gran lugar para hospedarse.

Cons:

La atención en general fue buena; sin embargo, considero que podría fortalecerse un poco más la atención a los detalles y el seguimiento a las solicitudes de los huéspedes. En mi caso, solicité la cotización de un servicio de taxi para mi habitación y no recibí una respuesta posterior. Si bien se trató de un incidente menor, este tipo de pequeños detalles contribuyen a mejorar la experiencia general del servicio.

El café del desayuno no estába muy bueno.

Estancia tranquila y cómoda.
Pros:

El personal, el desayuno,y el tamaño de la habitación. Es un buen lugar para ir a descansar y disfrutar de la zona.

Cons:

El estacionamiento que NO es del hotel y te dan una "tarifa preferencial" pero es un costo extra que no te dicen al momento de contratar. Tuvimos un problema con la regadera, se arreglo rápidamente y bien y el personal muy educado.
