Maravilha
Pros:

Adorei, estava tudo ótimo... quarto grande, limpo, funcionários da receção, housekeeping, bar e pequeno almoço super simpáticos. O pequeno almoço também estava muito bom, e espero voltar no futuro. Pena o tempo não estar muito convidativo à utilização da piscina exterior.

Razoável e bem localizado.
Pros:

O hotel ser relativamente recente e “dentro” da cidade.
Piscina interior e estacionamento no hotel.

Cons:

Não ter posto de carregamento e/ou tomadas P/ VE.
Quisemos comprar chinelos para a piscina (constavam do preçário do hotel) e não tinham.

Estadia relaxante e sossegada. Tudo incrivel :)

Simpatia do staff, limpeza, pequeno almoco otimo

Cons:

A piscina exterior encontrava-se fechada. So abre em maio?! com dias tao bons durante a primavera deveriam abrir a zona exterior de piscina todo o ano, ou pelo menos na primavera :)

Very disappointed
Pros:

We selected because of our desire for 4 star plus. This is not so highly rated in our opinion

Cons:

We didn’t mind the stark design. The rooms are large. No views from your room. Hard beds and no choice of a softer pillow which is really NOT acceptable. I did ask. Nor, house coats and slippers which for this rating is expected. Nor the basic bathroom amenities. The reception staff were cold verging on rude. Our bed squeaked hideously… we complained and it was resolved. The housekeeping staff were great but the desk staff were really quite unpleasant. Breakfast is really poor for this standard of hotel… CANNED fruit. The bread was awful..
