Definitely it is not a 4 stars hotel, very expensive for the services and quality of accommodation.
Cons:

Hotel under renovation, unprofessional staff at reception., poor conditions. On check-in, we received a room which was floated due of water coming from the neighbours. We asked for another room, initially they ask us to wait until the maintenance team will fix the problem, because there is no other room available. In the end, after 45 min and many discussions, they agreed to allocate a new room. The noice coming from the reconstruction was terrible.

Juste une journée mais parfaite
Pros:

Il s'agit d'un hôtel moderne, très confortable. Bien situé. Personnel charmant. Garage gratuit. Petit déjeuner agréable. Chambre spacieuse. Calme. Que demander de plus ? :)

Pros:

Hotel bem localizado, com quarto confortável, bom café da manhã e disponibilidade de estacionamento.

Cons:

Definitivamente os travesseiros eram honrosos. O banheiro, apesar de bonito, é pouco funcional.

😁Would book again... lovely staff
Pros:

Bonus...free underground car park at the location and it was very centrally located.
Reception staff were friendly and happily spoke English (thank you) ... we were allowed to arrive before our check-in time and park our car, then return later when our room was available.
It was easy to walk to the main attractions in town. 
Quality, pressed white sheets/bedding and white cotton towels, a choice of fresh pillows. Plenty of hot & cold water, very powerful shower👍. 
Breakfast, plenty of choices....beverages, cereals, yoghurt, bread, hams & cheese, fresh fruit and cakes to choose from. 
The bar/restaurant staff were courteous, friendly and happy to speak English if needed..
The food was so good at breakfast that we decided to have all our meals in the hotel... not disappointed

Un hôtel de choix idéal pour profiter d’Evora
Pros:

Le confort de l’hôtel et son emplacement idéal avec parking gratuit et privé, le petit déjeuner et la restauration, la gentillesse du personnel et ses conseils, et la qualité de la chambre et du couchage.

Cons:

Le manque d’aménagement de l’espace extérieur pour y prendre ses repas ou pour un moment de détente. Le chantier voisin à l’extérieur en est sûrement la cause.

Perfecte keuze voor onze 2 nachten in Evora
Pros:

Rustig gelegen modern hotel aan de rand van de oude stad. Prijs-kwaliteit is dit een aanrader. Het ontbijt is lekker en biedt voldoende variatie.

Great but you need to be aware of construction noise.
Pros:

very modern and well equipped. Good location, friendly staff, nice room

Cons:

There was significant noise at times from two properties that were undergoing re development in the adjacent properties . This should have been communicated in advance as it would have affected our choice of hotels . This work will last another 6 months

Pros:

A localização e excelente.
Banheiro bom e chuveiro gostoso. Bom café da manhã e o restaurante agradável e tem boa comida.

Cons:

Para nosso gosto o colchão é um pouco mole e os travesseiros não são confortáveis.

Un ottimo soggiorno ad Èvora
Pros:

Posizione eccellente per visitare Èvora a piedi.
Staff reception gentilissimo.
Garage sotto l' hotel ultra comodo e gratuito.
Camere ottime per dimensioni, pulizia , comodità letti.
Spazi comuni molto ampi ed ordinati.
Piscina funzionale e ben tenuta.
Colazione ottima.
Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Cons:

Orario Check-in alle 16.00 (sono almeno riusciti ad anticipare un' oretta ma ufficialmente l' orario era quello).

Questo dell' orario check-in a metà pomeriggio sta diventando purtroppo diffuso a mio avviso.
Per chi fa vacanze itineranti arrivare in una città da visitare (provenienti da un' altra e dopo aver viaggiato la mattina) con macchina e valigie e non potersi sistemare fino alle 16 è un disagio e e spesso fa perdere al turista ore preziose.

Di contro un check-out fino alle 12 per chi è itinerante ... In anni ed anni mai usato (alle 09/09.30 si parte).

Dovrebbe esserci la possibilità, a parità di ore massime di impegno camera, di personalizzare in prenotazione questi orari.

Fortunatamente qui ci hanno permesso di parcheggiare la macchina in garage ed abbiamo potuto almeno iniziare a visitare.

Cons:

Aussenpool wegen nicht vorhandener Groesse und Baustelle auf Nachbargrundstueck nicht genutzt.

Soggiorno super consigliato
Pros:

Personale molto cortese e disponibile, posizione strategica all'interno delle mura del centro storico, posto auto in garage privato coperto, camera moderna e confortevole. Colazione ricca e di buona qualità. Ottimo rappirto qualità-prezzo
Struttura assolutamente consigliata per una visita a Èvora, cittadina veramente interessante

Cons:

Forse solo l'aria condizionata: essendo la zona particolarmente calda, la macchina fatica a raffreddare, anche perchè si spegne ad ogni uscita dalla camera

Nous avons aimé l'emplacement de l'hotel à proximité des lieux à visiter et le petit déjeuner

Cons:

L'hotel ne donne pas un sentiment de cocooning il est froid et c'est dommage...
Les personnes de l'accueil ont été bienveillantes mais parlaient un anglais très rapide et nous n'avons pas pu comprendre où se situait la piscine couverte...
