Ar condicionado e Tv no primeiro quarto não estavam funcionando e eu solicitei reparo e me trocaram de quarto, inclusive quarto com vista que eu havia solicitado e recepcionista sem simpatia e sem empatia disse que não havia mais quartos disponíveis com vista e foi pega na mentira. Café da manhã razoável com opções de bolo com aparência de velhos e poucas opções no geral.
