Beautiful little hotel. Comfortable bed, beautifuly decorated and amazing pool. Only one problem was the air conditioner leaked all over the floor and bedside table.

Love this place, will be back!

Quiet, adults-only courtyard-style venue. Basic amenities, but comfortable stay. Kitchenette a welcome feature. Mgmt was invisible, so don't expect anything other than what's already in place (we requested a blanket which never appeared.)

If you don't mind the smell of the sewer coming up from the shower the place might be fine. Unlike their ad, there is NO staff or office 23 of 24 hours, no restaurant, but still has a "resort fee". Overall, this hotel is not being maintained.

Happy we stayed here. Contactless check-in and check-out, room / kitchen / bath were perfectly fine, pool and hot-tub courtyard were as-advertised, fellow guests were quiet and friendly, location was quiet and close to everything. Mini-split heating/ac was a little noisy and the showerhead had some mineral build-up, but overall really pleased with our stay.

Adult-only resort that is quiet. Resort has few staff; I have to check-in over the phone with an operator. Resort has jacuzzi and pool. Continental breakfast served at 8:30am (eg. bagel, muffin, cereal, yogurt, juice, coffee).

Cute, clean with a convenient location. The "office" lady could be a bit friendlier.

Had a wonderful stay, it was very quiet during our 4 nights. We enjoyed the hottub and pool, and an easy walk to food and shopping. Loved the kitchenette. Extremely affordable, great price for such great rooms. Highly recommend, and we hope to be back.

The office closes at 5 PM. I arrived at 9 PM and got a noisy room right by the pool pump even though the place was empty. No one to talk to about it. The wifi did not reach my room. Also not good. Rooms have no insulation and get cold at night. I emailed them to talk about it and they never responded, even days later.

No cleaning service for 4 days. We had to put our overflowing trash outside our door and hope it would be emptied. We had to ask for towels, and there were none available. They brought us some pool blankets instead. Apparently the hotel has been sold will be under new ownership. The staff that were only there very briefly seemed very checked out. It’s a lovely setting and I look forward to seeing what it becomes under new ownership.

Was upset because all the bikes were broken and that is one of the reasons we chose this hotel. I was stranded with a bike whose tires went flat. Then noticed all the other bikes were bad

The space was clean and the staff was friendly.

It was such a nice place to stay. The room was large and very clean. The bed and the pillows were so comfortable. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

While I arrived later than intended, Avance was very attentive of my arrival. They provided clear and detailed instructions and had no issues. Quiet and clean property. Truly enjoyed my visit and will stay again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay which was great and we really enjoyed the quietness plus the Jacuzzi. Love the location.

Quiet and well tended, plus it's well located. A very pleasant stay if you're looking for a well priced and quiet place to stay in PS. I'd come back.

The property was beautiful. Rooms were very nice and pool was great. The only thing I would have the owners consider is not playing music by the pool. It was only one genre of music and did not reflect the guests at the time. Most people have ear pods and music on their phones.

Great small hotel near downtown Palm Springs. Every room is pool-side, with a cooling pool and hot jacuzzi, lots of chaise loungers, a gas BBQ, and a nice basic breakfast. Our room had a comfy bed, sofa, and a nice kitchenette with dishes, pots/pans, toaster, coffee maker, blender, lots of nice plastic pool cups and wine glasses.

Small and quiet, with a great pool. A ten minute walk to get essentials, and room had all the necessities. Access to a hotel bicycle was a huge plus.
