Brij Rama is an experience of Banaras without leaving the building!
Pros:

Brij Rama is an experience unto itself!! It is not just a stay. Beautiful renditions of the flute, sitar, and kathak every day, food reflects authentic Banarasi cuisine, the room, the amenities, the decor, the pleasant staff, the warm welcomes and goodbyes, every little detail thought through carefully to delight its guests. Chief Chef Arif was able to customize the meals to be spice free so my daughter could eat, and the reception team were so nice and wonderful!! We come back to Varanasi every few years and we won’t stay anywhere else again!

o hotele stava em obras e meu quarto era MUITO barulhento. Alem disso, a temperatura da agua do chuveiro ficava mudando de gelada pra muito quente

really enjoyed the food at the in house restaurant!
Chef Arif was so generous and made us try the local delicacy “potli ki subzi” which was so good!
Servers Rudresh & Nitesh were so kind and efficient which made the overall experience so worth it :)

Benares heeft m'n hart gestolen. Hotel is een unieke ervaring.

Locatie is perfect, direct aan de Ganges.
Personeel doet erg hun best.
Ontbijt is goed.
Prachtig hotel.
Het is duur maar erg mooi en goede service.
Je wordt vervoerd per boot wat een unieke Benares ervaring is.
Ontvangst is feestelijk, je voelt je echt een eregast.
Van alles te doen, elke dag is er een activiteit om de gasten te vermaken. Erg leuk!
Dagelijks is er een high tea met live muziek.
Goede föhn, een Dyson. Was ik heel blij mee.

Cons:

De kamer die wij hadden was klein en ons uitzicht was niet zo mooi. Doordat de kamer aan de kleine kant was, hadden wij ook een klein bed.
Als gast krijg je een voetmassage, die je kunt reserveren bij de Spa. Wij wilden naast de voetmassage graag gebruik maken van de Spa. Maar alles zat volgeboekt tijdens ons verblijf. Dus wij konden niet terecht. Na aankomst moet je eigenlijk meteen de Spa reserveren.
Strijk service voor vier stuks was dagelijks inbegrepen bij de boeking. Helaas ging dat meteen mis en was een van onze kledingstukken stuk gemaakt. Dat hadden ze weer gerepareerd maar daarna durfden wij geen gebruik meer te maken van de strijk service.

My Indian feast fantasy fulfilled.
Pros:

What an elegant feast! The former Palace is beautiful. Our group of friends had a wonderful lunch. My friends enjoyed the western selections and the Pear goat Cheese Sald was a big hit.
I could not be in such a exquisite palace and not have Indian cruisine. Chef Arif did not disappoint. We enjoyed talking to Chef as he explained the menu.
we also received excellent service from the staff, Rudresh, Pooja and Nitesh.
