Séjour incroyablement chaleureux au cœur de Varanasi
Pros:

Tout était incroyable au BrijRama Palace. La ville de Varanasi est passionnante et magnifique, mais elle peut être un peu rude. Alors que le BrijRama est un abri, un endroit confortable et chaleureux, qui permet de se reposer après les visites de la journée. L’hôte est superbe, avec une vue magnifique sur le Gange, la nourriture est préparée en direct avec des produits frais avec la possibilité d’opter pour des plats indiens en toute sécurité et adaptés à la tolérance de chacun pour les épices. Il y a plein de charmantes attentions à toutes les étapes de la journée (des petits cadeaux d’accueil, d’autres pour se coucher) mais aussi des activités culturelles à l’intérieur de l’hôtel (danse, poterie, …). Et surtout l’équipe de l’hôtel est d’une gentillesse incroyable ! Je n’avais jamais vu cela. Ils m’ont même conviée à une fête organisée pour l’anniversaire de Krishna et je me suis vraiment sentie comme à la maison, en famille (je voyage seule en ce moment).

Location was so central of the Varanasi. The hotel provided many nice culture events.
Pros:

It was amazing breakfast everyday. I enjoyed so nice local traditional foods in safe and with great taste. The hotel staff including Chef Arief, Sandeep, Pooja and Aniar Jeet were very friendly and helpful for me to understand about food and indigenous culture.

Cons:

Shower water leaked to the vanity area a little bit but it was not a big problem.

Pros:

ホテルは部屋はもちろんのこと、トイレとシャワー周りも綺麗でした。食事も美味しかったです。
マネージャーのKulbanahさんが滞在中のサポートをしてくれました。彼のおかげで快適な滞在になりました。マッサージの手配、ガンガーアールティの最前列での手配もしてくれました。また、翌朝、ガードの案内の手配もしてくれて、さまざまな貴重な経験ができました。それにも関わらず、最後はチップすら受け取らず、驚きました。
帰り際、雨が降っており、キャリーが濡れないようにカバーまでつけてくれました。至れり尽せりでした。

Varanasi magica
Pros:

Struttura situata in un palazzo storico sul Gange davvero impressionante. Stanza spaziosa e pulitissima. Servizi TOP, siamo stati seguiti e coccolati da Kulbansh che era sempre pronto a soddisfare tutte le nostre esigenze. Avevamo il volo x Delhi alle 21 e ci hanno fatto tenere la camera fino alle 18. Davvero un plus!!!

Cons:

Avevamo inclusi nella tariffa della camera dei giri in barca con varie attività di cui non abbiamo potuto usufruire a causa del livello alto del Gange. L hotel non ha colpe, però avrebbero potuto considerare il mancato utilizzo di queste attività e applicare una tariffa minore sul transfer da e per l aeroporto che ci è costata davvero uno sproposito : 90 euro!!!! Anche in considerazione del fatto che nel transfer per l aeroporto abbiamo dovuto camminare x 15 minuti e aspettare il driver per 20 minuti ( non è colpa sua, c era un traffico infernale, ma il costo del trasferimento è davvero spropositato).

An unforgettable family experience in the heart of Banaras!!
Pros:

Our family stay at BrijRama Palace was truly unforgettable. The magnificent palace and its exceptional Ganges-side location are impressive, but what made our experience special was the warmth and genuine hospitality of the entire team.

Returning to Banaras as an NRI family after 14–15 years was deeply meaningful. The team took wonderful care of our children, introducing them to the city’s flavours - from chaat and kachori to traditional sweets and countless local delicacies. The food throughout our stay was outstanding, especially the memorable 10-course experience at AANGAN.

Kathak and sitar performances, pottery, Jyotish, the traditional paan counter, boat rides and thoughtfully arranged excursions brought the culture of Banaras beautifully into our stay. These never felt like standard hotel activities, but like authentic pieces of the city woven naturally into each day.

Even while exploring Varanasi, assistance was always immediate and personal. Special thanks to Arif, Kulbansh, Nitesh, Pooja, Chef Devansh, Sandeep and Cecilla, as well as the many others whose names we may not recall but whose warmth we certainly will.

BrijRama gave us a beautiful combination of Banaras’s heritage, spirituality, culture and cuisine and helped our children experience its magic for themselves.

Some places you visit; some stay with you. We left with beautiful memories, full hearts and even fuller stomachs -thanks to a team that always insisted on “just one more” Banarasi speciality!

Brij Rama is an experience of Banaras without leaving the building!
Pros:

Brij Rama is an experience unto itself!! It is not just a stay. Beautiful renditions of the flute, sitar, and kathak every day, food reflects authentic Banarasi cuisine, the room, the amenities, the decor, the pleasant staff, the warm welcomes and goodbyes, every little detail thought through carefully to delight its guests. Chief Chef Arif was able to customize the meals to be spice free so my daughter could eat, and the reception team were so nice and wonderful!! We come back to Varanasi every few years and we won’t stay anywhere else again!
