We had an exceptional stay at BrijRama Palace. The hospitality was truly outstanding, and every staff member made us feel welcomed and cared for.

A special thank you to Rudresh, Rajneesh, Pramodh, Ashutosh, Manpreet, and Arif for their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail. A heartfelt thanks as well to the lift attendants, boat crew, and every other team member who made our stay so memorable.

The ambience of the palace is magical—the beautiful heritage setting, soothing fragrance throughout the property, breathtaking location on the ghats, and serene atmosphere create an unforgettable experience.

The food was another highlight of our stay. Every meal was fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared, with an excellent variety and authentic flavors. Dining with the spectacular views of the Ganges made every meal even more special.

From the impeccable service to the luxurious ambience, outstanding cuisine, and unique location, every detail exceeded our expectations. Aangan Restaurant with the heritage Brij Rama Hotel in Varnasi is the most beautiful restaurant in this spiritual city.

The ten course meal experience was exceptional. The highlights included the fresh tasting butternut vegetable curry, all local produce, the incredible cevice tender coconut with cold betel leaf broth and the luscious malliyo - a speciality dish famous in Varnasi!

The chefs are exceptional - you will be not be disappointed! Thank you to the team, Rava, Rudresh, Simran and Kajal and all those behind the scenes!

They care in experiences and nourish in food. We went in peak summer and hot weather, they filled our afternoons with activity and lots and lots of food.

Had the most memorable evening of the summer coming to the Darbhanga restaurant of Brijrama Palace, Varanasi. We visited with family from IIT (BHU) and were attended by the most warm and welcoming staff, especially, Mr. Sandeep, Mr. Ajay, and Mr. Rajneesh, who served with so much care, attention, and polite gestures. The Katthak dance so gracefully presented it melted our hearts. Definitely a worth it evening and will visit again. Thank you Brijrama!

Simran was our server. She was wonderful. This is not your average tasting menu. This is a lm immersion into the tastes of history. The food was skillfully made and the presentation was top notch. Simran taught us all about how the history of the palace influenced the menu. You should definitely try this experience. The room was beautiful and the flute player made it very special.

A truly exceptional stay. The staff were outstanding, the service impeccable, and the palace itself absolutely beautiful. Every detail was perfect. Easily a 10/10 experience.

Fantastic experience in a great location. The food in the restaurant was truly amazing. The very attentive dining team led by chef Arif went out of their way to ensure we had the best food I’ve ever experienced in India for every meal.

It was really good and the workers and employees were really nice but the internet was was not good. but the chef Arif was really nice and good at cooking. Overall it was the experience I ever had

Everything about the hotel was amazing the food the atmosphere the rooms. Their attention to detail is just perfect! It’s the only way to come to varanasi. Arif, Rudresh, Meera and Ranjnish are excellent and made our stay that much better. The entertainment and other activities are amazing as well. Must stay and we will certainly be back.

What impressed me the most was the warmth and dedication of the entire staff. From the front desk to housekeeping, the boat transfers, and the restaurant team, everyone was genuinely welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile.

This hotel offered an excellent stay over our two nights here. Its most distinctive feature is that it has been renovated from an ancient palace, situated right beside the Ganges River. Guests are picked up by boat for check-in, which brings a strong sense of ritual to the whole arrival experience.

Furthermore, the hotel provides exceptionally thoughtful and humanised service. Unlike most other palace-style hotels that follow rigid, business-oriented service standards, this place is full of warmth and hospitality. The staffs, Sandeep, Arif, Saurabh and Manpreet are happy to chat with guests, and when I was unwell during my stay, they kindly prepared warm salt water for me. These heartfelt touches made our experience far more memorable and pleasant.

Visiting the spiritual city Varanasi and staying in Brijrama Palace on the Banks of River Ganga was outstanding. Special mention to the staff of this great palace. Pooja, Saurav, Kulbansh, Arif and Ajay made our wedding Anniversary truly memorable. A special cake on this occasion made Really our day. Wish to thank them all and others for being a part of my special day in Life.
