A great location overseeing the Tanaro valley; great to spend a few relaxing days.
Pros:

The hotel is placed in a lovely location, very helpful and kind members of staff; great surroundings for hikes.

Cons:

Food quality could be improved; portions are very big; maybe reduce them and increase the quality.
The rooms are spacious but the hotel seem to have a problem with the doors; no locks in the bathroom and doors don't close properly. The SPA was advertised as up and running but it was not yet available; the bikes need to be rented downhil in the city of Ormea. Maybe just specify a bit more clearly what you have available at the hotel.
