I didnt like the rooms were very dirty and dusty .
My breakfast was uncooked and the chef kept ignoring me . My toilet was broken . The shower very dirty . Headboard was dusty

Pros:

The Breakfast with a wide variety of choices, is truly delighthtful
The staff are consistenly friendly and always ready to assist. The location is highly strategic, providing convenient access to Kuta, Legian, Seminyak and Jimbaran. The room was also clean upon arrival.

Good stay
Pros:

They are very attention to detail regarding fasting. They open the restaurant early in the morning for the people who wish to do sahur in the restaurant. And a little snack for break fasting for people who are fasting. Overall good hotel with good employee.

Cons:

I wish they have a free shuttle from and to the airport.

Great family stay with amazing rooms, but the BBQ dinner needs better management
Pros:

We had a great overall stay with our family! The room was very spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. If you are traveling with children, I highly recommend choosing the Suite with Pool Access; the pool was clean, enjoyable, and the room even includes a handy sofa bed. The Kids Club was also a massive hit, complete with an Xbox and two PS4s. Breakfast was okay, offering a decent variety of International, Local, and Indian options.

Cons:

The only downside was the BBQ dinner. The culinary team seemed completely unprepared for the number of walk-in guests, resulting in a 30 to 45-minute wait just for two slices of brisket. While the service team was fantastic and checked on our table several times, I was disappointed by the lack of presence from the Executive Chef. A simple gesture of coming to the tables to apologize for the severe delays would have been appreciated. Despite this hiccup, our overall stay was great, and we would come back.

Have good view and so clean. The staff was so friendly and helpfull. The breakfast was fantastic.

Cons:

The sliding door in my room is not working. Got a bit open and cannot be close. At night the mosquito can entre my room.
