Walk welcome and efficient staff on desk helped with info and transportation etc

Room was big , bit dark , basic bathroom , towels a bit worn

Don’t normally moan about WIFI but unable to connect on 2 nd floor , had to come down to lobby to get signal

Location is great for malls , shopping , food etc

Redelijk hotel. Schone kamer en badkamer. Jammer dat we vanaf ons zitje de ratten af en aan zien lopen over de richeltjes. Het personeel reageert niet op een melding hierover. Brrrr ipv twee nachten één nacht gebleven.

Reasonable hotel. Clean room and bathroom. Too bad we see the rats down from our seat and walk over the ridge. The staff does not respond to a notice about this. Brrrr instead of two nights stayed one night.

The hotel located near to the Mataram mall and close to night street food hawkers. Clean and comfortable room with cool aircond and hot water shower. It also have a led tv with local and international channel.
The hotel offers free breakfast and wifi is available in the lobby area. It also spot coffee cafe.

You get what you pay. I expected more from this 3 stars hotel in Mataram, but this hotel is under my expectation. Room is quite spacious, a lil bit dark also. For breakfast they only prepared soup, rice, fried-little-tofu, fried-fermented soybean. So they must really work on their breakfast.

Been here at the third floor, should ask for the front building (above the reception) as there are better wifi coverage.

Spacious room, bed is good, bathroom is somewhat dark with the lights on.

The breakfast is under average for a "hotel"

I was surprised how good this hotel was, it's simple, clean, great value for money, quite nice and in a great location for shopping. It has 2 beautiful ponds full of Koi carps. It was very quiet (after the karaoke was over) despite being in a busy road and all the staff were amazing, so helpful and accommodating! The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were basic but spacious and clean. Each room has a table and chairs outside the room on the corridor / veranda where you can have have dinner. The restaurant was surprisingly good, the food was delicious and beautifully presented

Decent bed with quality linens.
Plenty hot water for showers, very clean, friendly staff.
Great coffee at the small cafe.

Must work on the breakfast though.

No bread or western breakfast.
Just rice with some eggs.

Located at cakranegara area, this hotel has a strategic location. Near Ruby Supermarket, Mataram Mall, hospital, and food stalls. So you don't have to be worry if you need supper. Friendly staffs and have a spacious room. Breakfast is ordinary. Clean and comfort room. Recommended for any occasions. Rate start from 350.000 ( standart room )

I stayed there for a night for bussines trip in third floor. I love the design of the hotel. Its clean and unique, the design also seem confortable to live. The location so strategic, its accesible for the most favorite place in Lombok

The entrence area looks very good. Very nice staff, too.
We stayed 2 nights on first floor. The room was clean, room service do their job. Very good position in town, very close to mataram mall.
Only the breakfast is Indonesian, which is like lunch....nothing for me, I wished for something cold. At least they had fruits :)

Great B&B!! Close to Mataram Mall,i did 5min by walking.close to some banks with international chain.and they has great Coffeeshop as i never found in any hotel in the world!! They serve the best Indonesia Coffee and also special arabica coffee from Sembalun Sajang Lombok(around Mt.Rinjani).And they work with the farmers also!!salute to the owner

I stayed there for 5days in 3rd floor, there was no elevator, but it was okay, good for excercise. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding, different menu everyday. Nice staffs too. Just 10minutes walk and you're in downtown of Mataram already.

staying couple nights here was satisfied i was here for bussiness trip. The room was so big and i got 3rd floor which was the window facing city view. It's nice here. i think there's a problem with the heat water in bathroom. and i cant reach the wifi on 3rd floor. way too far from lobby. Poor... and NO elevator here

1st time you will get free massage for 10 minutes.
The hotel clean. New hotel with classic room. I take superior room. A room on 3rd floor and no lift (acceptable ). a bathroom is ok. Big mattress for sigle bed.

The hotel itself is not special, we stayed in a suite and the room was clean but very basic. Location is very Nice, close to lots of shops, restaurants and the mall. Staff speaks english very poorly.. Breakfast was chicken soup, or as we chose toast and jam. Basic.

We had a massage from the Spa in the hotel, was in the room, not very good... And we booked 60 minutes got only 45 minutes. Wouldnt recommend it.

We booked the suite and we were just at the entrance.
A bit noisy. Bathroom a bit basic, expected a bit more from 400k a night.

Breakfast was Indonesian buffet, but when we asked they made us some toast with jam.

The room is very clean and fresh,more else it is big; in such a budget price.
Friendly hotel staffs, who are willing to prepare breakfast very early in the morning for me, as I need to catch an early flight.
Very center location, there is a hair saloon and small spa next to the hotel, restaurants also available near by (50 m). One of the best private hospital in Mataram is just across the hotel. Food street stalls can also be found in the neighborhood.

Hotel does not provide lift. Water heater also not working well.

Quiet hotel, with cheaper rooms in the top floor, and gets more expensive down on the ground floor (the rooms are the same...)

Very standard budget room with tv/ac/hot shower. It was very clean and super friendly staff. The breakfast was Indonesian.

The showers were impossible to control, and scolds easy!

1. this is a recently built hotel on Pejanggik Street, Mataram, and still kept clean, except bathroom. Some part of the bathrom covered green mold. Hotel maktal is not the only new hotel in the center of Mataram City. You can find several new hotels near Pejanggik Street.

2. I've stayed there about 3 or 4 nights on March 2013, and find the hotel staffs are not professional and even rude. They like yelling each other just "to communicate" between the staffs. Even I saw a male staff on second floor yelled to call front office staff on downstairs.
And the hotel staffs like to watch TV in the Lobby area in maximum sound volume. Every morning and night, without one exception, I needed to call the front office to ask to reduce TV sound because I can hear every details of the TV Drama and News from my room. Yes, the building has a structural problem. Because of the empty space in the center of the building, the building itself is keen to make echoes. And imagine, the staffs like to yell in that structure, just to communicate for their work(this was the staffs' excuse which they made when I asked why they were yelling). Haha..
So, after all of the staffs go to bed, hotel guests at last can enjoy silent night.

3. Breakfast? Don't expect too much!
