Skvelé ubytovanie v centre
Pros:

Možnosť parkovania priamo v hoteli, rezervácia potrebná, personál prijemný a nápomocný, veľmi chutné raňajky a široký vyber na raňajky (rôzne pečivo, maslo, džemy, salámy, syry, müssli, ...), mali sme presne určený stôl, kde si môžeme sadnúť, matrac bola pohodlná, na izbe bola rýchlovarná konvica a chladnička, v kupeľni bol sprchový gél a tekuté mydlo na ruky, samozrejme fén, mali sme izbu s balkónom s krásnym vyhľadom na jazero a kostol.

Cons:

Nemohli sme vecer prestaviť klimu, bola zablokovaná, v izbe bolo celkom chladno.

Pros:

Ottima posizione a due passi dal centro.
Ottime sia la cena che la colazione con prodotti vari e soprattutto di qualità; staff gentile e disponibile.
Molto comodo il parcheggio privato, seppur a pagamento.
Lo consigliamo vivamente per conoscere Baveno.

Die Lage in Baveno und die Zimmer waren sauber und gut ausgestattet

Cons:

Der Preis des Parkplatzes. 18.00 € für eine Nacht, dabei gab es gegenüber einen öffentlichen Parkplatz der kostenfrei gewesen wäre

L’hôtel est très bien. La climatisation est un gros plus.
Le personnel du petit déjeuner est accueillant

L’accueil à la réception est très sommaire
Le prix pour un petit chien est injustifié. 15€ par nuit justifierai au moins un panier et une gamelle pour l’eau !!

Climatisation en panne malgré nos 3 annonces, rien n'a été fait, honteux pour le prix. il a fallu réclamer de ne pas payer le parking en compensation, demande acceptée, mais il n'est pas agréable de se plaindre. de plus nous avons très mal dormi les 2 nuits à cause de la chaleur. Au petit déjeuner, 2 personnes (les 2 jours) n'arrêtaient pas de rire (l'homme et la blonde, pas les 2 autres) très désagréable, ne parlant pas la langue, on pourrait penser qu'il se moque des clients...

Posizione a due passi dal lago.
Pulizia e camera top.... il bagno era perfetto e super pulito...e tutto aveva un buon profumo di pulito.

Cons:

Non aver trovato nessuno al momento del check la mattina...erano le 6 .. ma penso che qualcuno dovrebbe sempre essere presente.

Séjour agréable dans l'ensemble
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel, une chambre correcte mais quelques points à améliorer. Le personnel sympathique de l'accueil au petit déjeuner du matin.

Cons:

Poussière sur l'extracteur de vmc, 2 toiles d'araignées sur les luminaires et des fourmis surtout à la salle de bain.
Une place de parking imposée à un cout onéreux avec une gène en raison d'un car de touriste stationné dans l'allée centrale. Pas de moustiquaires aux portes balcons.

Perfecta ubicación para unos días por la zona y visitar las islas Borromeo
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación para visitar Baveno y las Islas Borromeo.
El hotel tiene restaurante con suficiente variedad. El desayuno muy completo y con mucha variedad.
El parking hotel es muy práctico dado que está en el centro del pueblo y no es fácil encontrar aparcamiento. Hay que reservarlo.

Wir hatten 2 Schöne Tage. Unterkunft kann man nur empfehlen. Immer wieder gerne. man nur empfehlen.
Pros:

Sehr schöne saubere geräumige Zimmer.
Hotel ruhig gelegen
Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Alles bestens.
Kurzer Weg zum See.

Cons:

Parkgebühren 18,00 pro Tag.
Ist bei der Buchung nicht erwähnt.
