Зручне розташування в самісінькому центрі. Вид з вікон на ратушу. Наявність кондиціонеру. Привітний персонал.

Cons:

Відсутність смітника в самому номері (є лише у ванній кімнаті достатньо маленький, у якого ще й була зламана «педалька»). Барахлить сантехніка в душовій кабіні. Максимально незручні тонесенькі подушки. Розташування номеру прямо біля рецепції (№5). На 3 день проживання довелося самим попросити про прибирання.
