Pochi accorgimenti per migliorare tanto!
Pros:

Struttura situata in posizione privilegiata, a due passi dalla ztl. Offre parcheggio interno, comodissimo. Stanza pulita. Personale gentile e disponibile. Ottima colazione.

Cons:

Non ha ascensore. Le camere sono a piano 0 o 1, la colazione é servita a piano -1.
L’aria condizionata è datata, funziona male e raffredda poco ed inoltre é regolabile solo dalla pulsantiera a muro, senza telecomando.
L’insonorizzazione delle stanze non é ottimale. Le signore puliscono appena vanno via gli ospiti, anche alle 8 del mattino disturbando il sonno di chi é ancora a letto.
Il rapporto qualità prezzo da rivedere, non è una struttura da 175€ a notte per una doppia.

La struttura è davvero carina, una 15ina di camere forse a gestione si può dire familiare, pulita, silenziosa, e soprattutto si trova in una zona molto facile ed accessibile al di fuori della ZTL con parcheggio privato all'interno molto comodo, a 100 metri dalla piazza principale di Pula.. la colazione è ottima e non caotica, la qualità è medio-alta, la pulizia è ineccepibile, la reception sempre cordiale e pronta alle piccole richieste da noi fatte... che dire di più? una delle migliori strutture in cui abbiamo viaggiato in questi anni, quello che ci aspettavamo abbiamo trovato. OTTIMO

Great location, very clean, perfect location!
Pros:

Room was clean, sheets and towels were soft and big. Great shower. Staff was so kind and had great suggestions. The location is perfect and a quick walk to the centre. We really enjoyed this hotel and would definitely stay again. It’s also close to a grocery store where we would grab lunch. Hotel also had an umbrella and towels to rent for the beach. I also loved that we could park behind the hotel easily and without charge.

Nothing. It was great.

Pros:

Ottimo hotel, piccolo ed accogliente, camera e bagno ampi e puliti. Colazione ricca, personale gentile e disponibile. A pochi passi dal centro di Pula. Consigliato.
