Nice place for athletic people.
Pros:

The room was very clean and had all the facilities. The balcony at the back had nice views. The owners were nice. They let me keep my bags at their bar cum restaurant in the town. Daily housekeeping. Fridge in the room. Walking to the train station is possible in 4-5 minutes. Vernazza harbour was just down the stairs. They claim it is a beach, but it was more like a harbour for boat parking. Also, I was there in March, and the activities did not start.

Cons:

These are not really complaints, but just what I found out. I expected them to give 2 water bottles every day, like other hotels in my Italy trip, but that was not given here. If you are unable to walk up the hills, it is not for you. More than 100 steps, and those are steep. The steps inside the hotel were so narrow that with my rucksack I was not being able to go up and I am a very, very lean person. But those were new experiences. No electric kettle in the room. Don't carry big suitcases as it is very hard to go up to the hotel. The shower was too small and not for plus-size people.

Great location, bit of a hike to the room
Pros:

Great location- so close to everything, clean, kind staff, very easy check-in & check-out.

Cons:

Walls were thin, we could hear tvs in rooms near us, dogs barking, etc., we were surprised by the amount of steps to our room, with luggage, was a workout!
