Incredibly central location yet very quiet so that I got good rest every single night. Everything is super clean - from the room itself to the towels being freshly washed and soft. The wifi worked great throughout my whole stay and it's very convenient to know you can always pop into the restaurant as well to eat or talk to Juan or his brother. Check-in experience was great as well, as they explained everything to me and showed me the room. Not to forget, the incredible ocean view from the balcony! Honestly, the hotel exceeded my expectations and I would stay here again.

Our stay at the Creta Hotel from 28.06 to 06.07.2026 was truly unforgettable. Our room (104) was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The beds were excellent, and the air conditioning worked perfectly throughout our stay.
The furniture was of good quality, and we especially appreciated the large wardrobe, which gave us plenty of space to store all our belongings. It was also great to have a safe in the room, as well as a lovely balcony with two chairs and a table where we could relax.
The bathroom was well equipped with a hair dryer, soap, and shower gel. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, with the bedding and towels changed regularly every other day.
We also enjoyed the breakfast, which was tasty and nicely served at the Hawaii cafeteria next door. Although it was not a buffet, the continental breakfast was always fresh, well prepared, and a pleasant way to start the day.
Another wonderful advantage of the hotel is its location - right in front of the beautiful sand beach, just a two-minute walk away. We also greatly appreciated the beach umbrella kindly provided by the hotel!
The bus connection to Palma and the airport was great, the bus stop is just a few meters away from the hotel.
What made our stay even more special was the warmth, friendliness, and kindness of the owners and the entire staff. A very special thank you to Ellie for her care and hospitality - she made us feel truly welcome.
We highly recommend the Creta Hotel and would happily return.

Desde el minuto uno la atención fue increíble. De hecho, dado que el vuelo de vuelta salía a las 23:50, lo hablamos, y nos permitieron tener la habitación durante todo ese día para que no tuviéramos que estar por ahí y poder ir a la playa, ducharnos y estar tranquilos.
En cuanto al desayuno, tanto el desayuno como los camareros una atención excelente.
Sin duda, la mejor elección.

Hotel accogliente e pulito. Lo staff è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza, inoltre è davvero attento ai dettagli: la stanza veniva sistemata e pulita ogni giorno e trovavamo sempre una bottiglia d’acqua fresca ad attenderci. Posizione comodissima, con la fermata dell’autobus proprio vicino all’hotel.
