Hotel inside hotel
Pros:

The location of the hotel is great as you can walk to all major attractions. Its kind of hotel inside of the hotel, taking the 5th floor of the building. Rooms are quite nice but was not able to find any English tv channels on tv except BBC. Breakfast was ok, nothing amazing and they did not have proper coffee, just instant coffee. Staff is very helpful and everyone speak English. There are no normal hotel services like restaurant etc so you cannot get ice etc from room service, on the other hand a super market is just on the side of the hotel.

Pros:

I enjoyed my stay here! I stayed several nights and had two different rooms. The rooms are compact but comfortable, clean, air conditioners work well, good water pressure in the shower, helpful English-speaking staff, nice breakfast, mini-bars, in-room fridge, solid WiFi. In addition, a nice benefit of staying here is that the Dostuk is a famous property. Every cab driver in the city knows it, so you don’t have to explain where you’re staying. It’s centrally located and close to good restaurants and city life.

Overpriced and dodgy!
Pros:

Very overpriced for Bishkek! Very low standards for the price paid. The hotel is actually on the fifth floor of another hotel which seems pretty dodgy. When entering with the hotels.com booking they couldn't even find it. Do not stay here at this price, chose the discovery hotel instead, much better standards and at least 25$ less for a double room!

Ordered a taxi first and a driver stood waiting at the airport in the early morning (5 am).
Good English from the crew in the reception. Let med check-in early without problems or questions.
Room nice, WIFI good. Location central. Breakfast also good with nice staff.
