Pros:

The property is OK and the location is good, we were unlucky that there was a large tour group that were noisey for two nights, if they had not been there it would have been a much better stay

Pros:

Beautiful location right on the silky sands of Chao Lao Beach. Amazing sunsets every night. Delicious breakfasts with a wide variety of choices.

The area is a bit out of the way if you don't have your own car but it's worth. You can take buses to and from Chanthaburi and taxi from there.

You can borrow bicycles for free at the hotel.

All of the staff seem to be very nice and helpful but of course not all can speak English. Special shout out to the manager Wiboon, who made everything perfect.

Great calm hotel
Pros:

The staff at the reception is not that good in English but they try and use Google, friendly and helpful. We got a room with three beds, good size of room and clean. There is a safe, kettle, AC and smal fridge. The small villas are nice and also the family villas are nice looking. The staff at the restaurant is great, very service minded and helpful. Always smiling and some of them speak good English. There is a pool and a beach just by the hotell. We ate alot in the hotel restaurant and they have a big menu with good prices. There is a small shop for snacks, ice cream, beer/sodas. We liked over stay here and recommend it. Very calm in begging aog February and not slot of tourist, most people are Thai.

Very nice, quite and relaxing for family.
Pros:

It was a little problem but solved right away. All staff was very nice, kind and helpful. Place is in the front beach, white sand and private, not crowded, good for relaxing. My family has a really good time. Breakfast was good, it has continental and some Thai food, enough to fill me.

Pros:

We had to change the room - roof leaking. The new room was good but the faucet in the bathroom was loose. We had to ask for the bathrobe which were worn out and the size very small. The staff very helpful and the food excellent. The kitchen, a symbol in the advertisement we did not see in the room.

Pros:

As a regular customer, I got an upgrade to the beach front villa. I got there very late night, almost midnight. There was a staff waiting to welcome me there. The new management team seems to be hospitable.

Pros:

We were upgraded to a substantially better room and location right on the beach due to an annual staff party. The staff really was really attentive and friendly, the overall atmosphere was conducive to a lovely stay and we would return again.
