Fantastische belevenis.
Pros:

Het hotel bevindt zich in een prachtig groot landhuis in een heerlijk natuurgebied, met bos, weiland en waterpartijen, vlak bij de IJsseldijk. Uniek, origineel en prachtig ingericht. Een zeer speciale plek.

Cons:

Restaurant sloot plotseling vroeg. Wij waren net te laat.

Locatie erg mooi. Maar voor de rest niet waard om te bezoeken .
Pros:

Prachtige locatie in de bossen.

Cons:

Sterk verouderd. Vergane glorie. Hier kun je meer van maken. Kamers en met name badkamer sterk verouderd. Koffiemelk in de kamer over datum en ook boter bij het ontbijt. Suiker niet aangevuld. Ontbijt erg karig. Zeker niet naar toe gaan.

Fijne accommodatie en horeca
Pros:

Prachtig landgoed en karakteristiek pand. Mooie wandelroutes gelijk vanaf het hotel.

Cons:

Erg warm tijdens de warme dagen.
Helaas geen airco maar een ventilator en gelukkig kon het raam helemaal open.

Heel mooie groene omgeving net buiten Deventer. Centrum van Deventer goed te bereiken met de gehuurde fietsen. Fijne communicatie.

Sfeervol landhuis met de binnenstad van Deventer om de hoek
Pros:

Prachtige locatie, vriendelijk personeel

Cons:

Het is een oud gebouw dat veel renovatie vraagt, en daar zijn ze ook mee bezig, maar de badkamer had schimmel op de kitranden en vochtplekken op de muur dat is voor deze prijs niet ok

Genieten van de schoonheid van het hotel, heerlijk eten en prachtige ligging
Pros:

De ligging, inrichting en vriendelijke personeel maken het hotel echt een aanbeveling.

Cons:

We waren vroeg in het seizoen waardoor er geen diner geserveerd werd. Ook was niet duidelijk dat de sauna gereserveerd had moeten worden.

We zouden hier elk weekend in deze tijdloze bubbel terug kunnen komen
Pros:

Gaia is een bijzonder hotel, waar we tot rust kunnen komen midden in de natuur én in een mooi cultuurlandschap.
Het ontbijt, de gerechten op de middagkaart en de taartjes worden met zorg en smaak bereid met goede ingrediënten.
De eigenaren en het personeel zijn bijzonder vriendelijk en zorgen voor een ontspannen atmosfeer.

Cons:

We wilden onze kamer direct bij Gaia boeken echter de kamer die we geboekt hebben konden we alleen via Booking.com boeken.

Kleurrijke plek in een fantastisch landhuis
Pros:

Wat een geweldige plek! Iedere kamer, hoekje of gang is een belevenis. De horeca is uitmuntend en wat een leuke en vriendelijke mensen die daar werken. Je kunt zowel binnen als buiten ook heerlijk vertoeven.
Ontbijt was zo mooi in de roze kamer en wat een leuke gastvrouw die zo attent was.

Cons:

Alles is bevallen!
