Toller Ort für einen Aufenthalt in San Pedro!
Pros:

Die Ausstattung, die Ruhe. Die Möglichkeit zur jeder Zeit Wasser, Tee und Kaffee zu bekommen! Das Abendessen war sehr gut. Das Frühstück völlig in Ordnung! Auch die Lage etwas außerhalb war kein Problem, in 15 Minuten war man zu Fuß direkt im Zentrum.

Magnifique hôtel où tout était parfait !
Pros:

L’hôtel est magnifique ! Les chambres sont très agréables avec vue sur les montagnes. Personnel très gentil. Petit-déjeuner varié. Possibilité d’avoir un lunch entre 11h et 16h. La carte pour manger le soir est variée et tout est excellent ! Eau, thé et café gratuit, à volonté. Merci pour ce séjour !

Cons:

Ce n’est pas négatif mais : compter 15 minutes à pied pour rejoindre le centre du village et prévoir des bouchons d’oreille car les chiens aboient une bonne partie de la nuit (ce n’est pas lié à l’hôtel… c’est partout dans San Pedro).

Great place to stay
Pros:

The room was very clean and comfortable.
The environment was peaceful and it has beautiful views.

Cons:

It is not too closed to the downtown but, with 10 min walking you are there.
The breakfast is good but equal all days.

Uma ótima escolha!
Pros:

O hotel é muito bonito, confortável e extremamente bem cuidado. Os quartos são ótimos, o café da manhã é muito bom e toda a equipe foi muito atenciosa durante a estadia. A localização também facilita bastante para aproveitar San Pedro de Atacama. Com certeza me hospedaria novamente!

Cons:

Não tenho nada a reclamar. Gostei de tudo.

Pros:

Hotel maravilhoso, bonito e de arquitetura sofisticada. Café da manhã e jantar maravilhosos! Equipe bastante atenciosa. Quarto grande e muito confortável!

Cons:

Ficamos no El Refugio do Hotel La Casa de San Tomás, que é o anexo mais novo do hotel. Apesar de ser um upgrade do hotel original, é um pouco mais distante (10-15min a pé da rua principal). A wifi só funcionada na recepção, uma vez que o sinal no quarto era fraquíssimo.

We would NOT stay again.
Pros:

The Refugio annex of the hotel where we stayed had very nice rooms with beautiful rooms facing the sunrise over the volcano.

Cons:

The staff was anything but helpful, nice, or eager to be helpful. We have never experienced a hotel that was managed in this fashion. It was quite shocking to us. Additionally, the breakfast buffet had a lot to be desired. Eggs were runny and sloppy and bacon was barely translucent-after asking for fried eggs and thoroughly cooked bacon we were told “NO”.
Strange experience!

Muy cómodo, pero imposible dormir en las madrugadas.
Pros:

Excelente servicio, limpieza excepcional, gran variedad en el desayuno, opción de agua filtrada, cama muy cómoda, excelente calefacción y agua caliente en la ducha.

Cons:

Las paredes son muy delgadas. Se escucha el cierre de puertas y las alarmas en las madrugadas de los demás huéspedes que van a sus excursiones. El hotel debe de colocar un letrero en todas las habitaciones de no tirar las puertas y no hacer ruidos en la madrugada. Ser considerado con los demás huéspedes que están durmiendo.

MEJOR DESPEDIDA DE SOLTERAS
Pros:

Todo! Nos sentimos como en casa, fueron muy amables desde que llegamos, además muy flexibles, ya que nos prestaron instalaciones y elementos imprescindibles para los paseos. Además, de el personal que nos atendieron con la mejor disposición. Las piezas eran muy buenas, todo limpio. Desayuno y restaurant para comer muy bueno relación precio-calidad, acompañado de un gran servicio y gentileza de los que nos atendieron. Volveremos y lo recomendaremos de todas maneras. 100/10.
