Very honest stay in San Pedro
Pros:

The staff is really friendly - I had an early flight and although early checkin wasn't available, they invited me for a free breakfast upon my arrival. I also hughlight the restaurant - from breakfast to dinner, all meals were really good! The hotel infra is really nice, they even offered a free laundry service for +5night stay, as it was my case. There's free water, coffee and tea at the reception, which really helps when waiting for transfers and tours to pick you uo at the hotel. The hotel is ~7min away from Caracoles (main street) by walking.

Cons:

The main downside for me was the noise before 8am and after 21h. Not sure all rooms are the same but the one I stayed had a very poor acoustic isolation. I could hear the cleaning staff at 7am, lots of external noises as well as other travellers talking in their room besides mine at night. Another thing that could be improved is the absence of a small fridge in the room. First day I bought a couple of bottles of isotonic for the week and just realized I couldn't keep them cold.

1 night in San Pedro de Atacama
Pros:

The hotel features exceptional welcoming staff, a fantastic breakfast, comfortable queen-sized bed, reliable Wi-Fi access, and a very convenient coffee station for free

Cons:

It would be nice to have a TV. Additionally, the eco-resort could benefit from an outdoor patio or a pleasant terrace where guests could relax and enjoy a glass of wine.

Um Pouco Fora de Mão
Pros:

No geral é tudo bom. O jantar (a la carte) é ótimo, melhor do que na cidade. O café também. Quase todos os funcionários são muito simpáticos.

Cons:

A tiazinha do café fica brava se os hóspedes começam a se servir antes das 7 horas. Alguns passeios saem cedo e esses minutos antes das 7 são preciosos. A localização requer uns 18 minutos de caminhada de ida e de volta: na altitude cansa um pouco.

Pros:

Gostamos de tudo! O conforto é o ponto alto do hotel, com quartos amplos, bem climatizados, cortinas que escurecem bem para a dormida, cama, travesseiros e lençóis excelentes. Além do banheiro e amenities também ótimos. A cortesia e hospitalidade incluem chocolates, espumante, água e roupões no quarto na nossa chegada, com uma cartinha de boas vindas. O hotel ainda oferece filtro de água para enchermos nossas garrafinhas e café e chá no lobby. O café da manhã não é muito diverso, mas tudo gostoso.

Cons:

Tudo foi bastante satisfatório.

Ottima struttura in San Pedro
Pros:

Camere pulite ed accoglienti. Colazione con ampia scelta tra dolce e salato. Ottimo ristorante con piatti gustosi e ben presentati.
Posizione centrale che permette di muoversi in San Pedro a piedi. Parcheggio interno a disposizione degli ospiti.

Hotel correcto y bien ubicado
Pros:

El desayuno: variado y con buen café en grano. La ubicación, excelente. Buena provisión de toallas. La comida y la atención en el restaurante, agradables.

Cons:

La puerta del baño. El sistema plegable no funciona bien, da poca o nula privacidad y es molesto tanto para quien lo ocupa como para el acompañante.
Poca orientación al pasajero. Por ejemplo, no sabían que el Tatio estaba cerrado. Incluso nos dieron la opción de encargar unos "lunch box" en recepción para el ir a los geyseres. Es una información básica que el hotel debiera saber.

Tudo muito acolhedor e bem cuidado. Recomendo muito! Se voltasse a San Pedro, com certeza ficaria neste hotel novamente.
Pros:

Excelente estadia! Funcionários muito atenciosos e sempre disponíveis. Café da manhã delicioso e café/chá disponíveis na recepção durante todo o dia. A lavanderia foi um diferencial: gratuita para estadias acima de 5 diárias, com muito cuidado com as roupas — ficaram limpas, cheirosas e passadas. O quarto era muito confortável, com cama enorme e deliciosa, ótimos travesseiros e cobertas, além de aquecedor.
