We enjoyed our stay though the room was a bit noisy.
Pros:

The room was well laid out and the bed was very large and comfortable. The staff were excellent and Breaky was great. Twice we took breakfast packs as we left early on excursions and these were also great.

Cons:

We we right next to the driveway with lots of vehicles coming through. You could hear everything in the rooms next to you and people came and went at all hours. The hot water often wasn’t hot enough to shower comfortably.

Pros:

Great food, friendly staff and very helpful. Very comfortable rooms, helped me with my keep my luggage when I was checked out, good breakfast bags that are necessary when you book early tours. I loved my stay there. Is very necessary to have a good sleep after intense days which are common to have in SP de Atacama

Passamos alguns dias no Hotel lá casa de Don Tomás el refúgio, foi uma hospedagem sensacional, muito aconchegante e com uma infraestrutura incrível !

Pros:

Hotel super confortável, próximo ao centro mas longe da bagunça da Caracolles! Café da manhã excepcional. Camas confortáveis, quarto arejado e com aquecedor!

Cons:

A única reclamação que temos é a acústica dos quartos. Da para ouvir os hóspedes dos quartos mais próximos.

ESTADIA MARAVILHOSA EM ATACAMA

O hotel é maravilhoso. Tivemos uma excelente estadia de uma semana. Ficamos no El Refugio, que possui varandas com vista para o vulcão Licancabur. Serviço de limpeza excelente, funcionários atenciosos e simpáticos, quarto novo, banheiro com parede de vidro que deixa entrar muita iluminação. Cafe da manhã delicioso. Para estadias acima de 5 dias, tem lavanderia gratuita, o que é maravilhoso, pois as roupas chegam cheias de terra e, deixando para lavar no dia seguinte, estão limpas. Passeios muito cedo eles dao lunch box. NO verao a piscina deve ser uma delicia. Agora no inverno nao era possivel usar. Tem um terraço com vista acima do restaurante. Ficaria novamente. Super perto da Rua Caracóis. 10 minutos a pe. Notem que tem dois dom Tomas, o el refugio é uma categoria aicma. para ir ao centro te um caminho interno que pasa para dom thomas e chega rapidamente no centro. Não vi táxi ou Uber, portanto para quem curte passear à noite ou a tarde é uma otima opcao.
