我住过全国各地许多星级宾馆这家酒店，夸张点，许多地方连商务酒店都不如，例如客房内一泡茶收取$88元且没有显注的标明，一并矿泉水收$16，如此星级的酒店在客房的房客身上收取如此的费用有点说不过去，现在许多商务酒店配有茶，水免费胜至还很允足，洗一件T恤你们收取$50而大多店家都有自助洗衣房，在此住过一周给我的体验就是付5星的费，体验3星的标准，希望他们能自检。

Decent for 5-star hotel
Pros:

Location is good with alot of food options nearby. The gym is large, well-equipped and well-maintained, and is one of the best hotel gyms I have been too. Indoor pool looked good too, but did not have time to go :p

Cons:

Can improve certain details:
- did not manage to get connecting rooms despite request
- did not manage to get birthday surprise for my family member during our stay despite request
- despite requesting for an extra bed (at a cost), the hotel staff brought a flimsy “divider” to our room which we rejected (fortunately we were not charged)
- though the gym is opened 24-hr, the AC was off at night, and the lights outside the gym and at lift lobby were switched off, so we had to use lights from our mobile phones to get to the lifts to head back to our rooms
Buffet breakfast was quite expensive too

BEST STAY FOR FOREIGN GUESTS
Pros:

We cannot speak Chinese but the staff were ALWAYS helpful and always tried to help us and answer our questions.
The friendly good morning from the cleaning lady on our floor was our highlight.

Perfect stay 完美无缺
Pros:

Such a wonderful hotel in Fuzhou, the staff were all friendly and helpful, the breakfast tasted good and selection was wide (would be better if they had hot chocolate drink), our suite room was very big, and the view was very nice. The amenities by Ferragamo were luxurious.

There was one day we missed the executive lounge afternoon tea (as we were outside exploring), and the hotel actually sent the cakes to our room.

They knew beforehand that we liked chocolates and also gave us an extra 3 chocolate cakes that were not part of the lounge selection. We were never hungry there and greatly enjoyed ourselves in the hotel.

Lounge was very nice, and there is a cute and huge toy cat, although maybe a greater selection of all-day snacks would have been good.

在福州很棒的一间酒店员工都非常友善，积极， 主动。早餐味道很好，选择也多 （只可惜没有热可可）。 我们的套房很大，风景也美。我们也很喜欢 Ferragamo 的洗头水。

我们有一天没有赶到行政酒廊的下午茶。酒店竟然吧下午茶的茶点送去我们的房间。

酒店知道我们喜欢巧克力，也送了几种不同巧克力味道的蛋糕给我们。我们在酒店一直吃的饱饱的。很享受。

行政酒廊也很豪华。里面有一个大玩具猫。但是可能有多一点的all-day小吃会比较好。

Czy aby na pewno udany pobyt?
Pros:

Śniadanie bardzo dobre. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Gniazda elektryczne przystosowane do std EU

Cons:

1/Obsługa praktycznie nie porozumiewa się w języku angielskim
2/W łazience / prysznicu śmierdzi stęchlizną a zagrzybiony silikon odstaje na długości ok 30 cm
3/Pomimo dokonania wcześniejszej 100% przedpłaty za pobyt recepcja stwierdziła, że nie otrzymała wpłaty od booking.com więc pobrano opłatę pre-autoryzacyjną ponownie w dodatku na wyższą kwotę. Recepcjonista nie była w stanie wytłumaczyć dlaczego.
4/W trakcie oczekiwania na zwrot niesłusznie pobranych pieniędzy - hotel twierdzi że zwrócił ja pieniędzy jeszcze nie mam
5/Internet to farsa - blokowane są komunikatory takie jak Whatsapp i wiele innych.
