Great facilities, everything was very clean. They let us check in early, which was nice coming from a long flight. Breakfast was included which was also nice but after the last day we decided to eat elsewhere.
We had issues with the water. At first it wouldn't come out hot, and then it ran out.
The staff wasnt very communicative. They shut off the water for maintenance for a couple hours without letting us know and there was no one around to help us. So we were stuck wondering when it would come back on or if we would even have water for the night. It was a little stressful, but it eventually got resolved. Still don't want to be worrying about things like this while we are on vacation.
The star is definitely the whole staff. The people working at this hotel are the nicest. They truly all treated my family like we were at home and they were invested in us having a great stay.
Getting to the hotel is a bit confusing, but nothing terrible.

But we knew this based on reviews and cabs and uber are very cheap so clearly worth the 5 min ride to be in such a nice location with a pool, a view and great service.

The location is a bit far and difficult to walk to because it is located on a steep inclined road. You can take a taxi to the center easily and the staff is very willing to call one for you.
