Le cadre, la déco, la vue, …
Le jour de notre arrivée il n’y avait personne pour nous accueillir, l’établissement était fermé à 16h. Nous avons sonné et frappé à la porte pendant 20mn, la porte s’est ouverte par miracle et nous avons pu ouvrir le portail en le bricolant et rentrer la voiture. Une fois à l’intérieur, seuls, nous avons fait le tour de l’hôtel sans voir personne et nous sommes repartis en laissant un mot à la réception. Nous sommes revenus à 19:30, là enfin le veilleur nous a réservé son meilleur accueil, surpris de l’absence de personnel dans l’après midi.

Está a 20 minutos caminando del centro y 10 en automóvil, así que puedes dejar ahí tu vehículo y si es necesario contratar un taxi, que ahí mismo te consiguen y a buen precio.
El agua de la alberca estaba fría, la noche del viernes había ruido porque estaban preparando un evento que tendrían el sábado.

Beautiful and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. They made lovely breakfasts.
It required us to take a taxi although they came quickly and did not charge a lot.
Great facilities, everything was very clean. They let us check in early, which was nice coming from a long flight. Breakfast was included which was also nice but after the last day we decided to eat elsewhere.
We had issues with the water. At first it wouldn't come out hot, and then it ran out.
The staff wasnt very communicative. They shut off the water for maintenance for a couple hours without letting us know and there was no one around to help us. So we were stuck wondering when it would come back on or if we would even have water for the night. It was a little stressful, but it eventually got resolved. Still don't want to be worrying about things like this while we are on vacation.
The star is definitely the whole staff. The people working at this hotel are the nicest. They truly all treated my family like we were at home and they were invested in us having a great stay.

But we knew this based on reviews and cabs and uber are very cheap so clearly worth the 5 min ride to be in such a nice location with a pool, a view and great service.
