NU Hotel

Great place to stay if you want to be close to good transport links and eating options.

Just need to make sure the night staff provide the same service as the day staff!!

ロケーションは、KLセントラル駅から徒歩1分、飲食店やコンビニも多数あり便利です。夜中までうるさいです。窓なしの部屋が多数のため、気にするかたは避けたほうがいいです。

The staff are nice but the properties is rundown

A lot of food around this location, only 5 minutes walk to train station, . Need upgrade covers mattress sheets, fridge is old

It was expensive as it was newish, but overall very good
The only issue is the differing prices online between Kiwi, Expedia, and Agoda. I stay here in KL every 6 weeks. So the travel companies need to visit themselves and correctly assess.

Use this hotel regularly for convenience to train station has everything we need only complaint would be nice to have English Chanel otherwise everything excellent

Our room was at the front of the hotel, it was very noisey till about 4 am. We were able to change rooms on our second night to the back, which was a lot better.
Staff very helpful and understanding.

Great hotel in excellent location. Staff couldn’t be nicer or more helpful. Farhad in particular is very considerate. When we asked not to be disturbed, he couldn’t do housekeeping so left essentials like toilet paper and shower soap on the door. Never had anything like it before - above and beyond. Thank you to the staff for giving us a great experience.

Quick overnight stay to catch train next day which is about 5-10 minute walk through shopping centre good clean basic room with everything need only couple tv programs non English would be only negative

Good value, good location and clean. Area around the hotel quite scruffy with lots of rough looking men roaming around.

Got upgraded to family room so ample space to spread out. Good central location right in the city but still quiet in the room. It's rather basic but reflected in the price.

The hotel is located opp KL Sentral which is convenient when traveling around. Outside of the hotel were dirty and noisy as there are few coffee shops next to the hotel. Room were simple, and baby cockroachs were found on my daughter's pillow. There is only 1 short glass panel seperating the wet & dry section inside the toilet which resulted wet toilet floor after each shower.

Good place for an overnight stay to catch and early train. Bed was comfortable, staff very helpful.
