Da Recepcionista Karine. Atenciosa, prestativa e hospitaleira, com empatia. Sua meritocracia beneficia ao proprietário do hotel.

Cons:

Do tratamento entre Patrão e empregados. Existem algumas normas que prejudicam muito os salários dos funcionários. Se alguém furtar uma toalha, ou cometer roubos no hotel, eles descontam dos funcionários que nada tem haver. Isto é assédio Moral com os funcionários, porque utilizam da recepção uma loja de cosméticos colocando em risco a vida deles e até dos hóspedes por ser uma área transitável de pessoas com todas índoles possíveis...Enfim no demais nota😉😉10

El staff the servicio muy bueno pero el inmueble esta muy sucio. Muebles rotos, quebrados y todo muy sucio.
Pero muy barato. Sin embargo toda la noche hay ruido dw carros afuera.

Pros:

When I arrived, they said they didn't have my reservation but "lucky" for me, they had rooms available. So I paid for a room, in cash. When I got to my room, it smelled like sewage and it wasn't cleaned up. When I went down to tell them, they told me they'll clean it but that they found my reservation and that I had to pay more because I was quoted more in the reservation. Super unpleasant experience.
