Pros:

Una experiencia inolvidable todo genial. El personal súper amable sobre todo la recepcionista y el camarero que nos atendió a la hora de la cena. Las instalaciones nos encantaron y un pintado que incluya las entradas de los parques.

La habitación premium muy bien
Pros:

Piscina climatizada, aunque estaba un poco fría. Nos subieron de categoría y las vistas y la habitación resultaron fantásticas.

En la habitación en la cama de matrimonio no tenía sábanas solo edredón. En la cafetería no había helados siendo época estival. Íbamos con menores.

Ogólnie piękny widok w recepcji hotelu piękny widok z tarasu Fajna lokalizacja i wizualnie większy basen jest bardzo ładny. Darmowy wstęp do 3 parków. Obsługa bardzo miła. Śniadanie - niczym się nie wyróżnia jest poprawne ale nie złe .

Cons:

Największy minus-to smród w pokoju nie dało się go znieść. Wielokrotnie wchodząc do niego mieliśmy odruch wymiotny.Pomimo wietrzenia dalej śmierdziało. Wiele rzeczy w pokoju było popsutych.Ogólnie czystość w obiekcie też pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Na terenie basenów -bałagan wszystkie leżaki brudne od kupy ptaków woda w basenie i płytki też .Baseny zimne woda w morzu cieplejsza nawet jeśli chodzi o basen który był niby podgrzewany jak dla mnie nie był. Wybraliśmy ten hotel ze względu na basen dla dwulatki- nie chciała oczywiście wejść bo woda była zbyt zimna.Godziny otwarcia też średnie. Musieliśmy chodzić przez cały hotel w strojach kąpielowym ponieważ zabroniono nam iść w szlafroku hotelowym na basen. Powiedziano -too fancy. Na basenach nie było nawet ratowników. Bar na basenie nieczynny.

Los recepcionistas increíbles!
Los camareros del restaurante, que pese a la cantidad de trabajo que había, lo hacian de maravilla!
Las chicas de animación.. gracias de verdad. Que bonito es coincidir con gente así. 10/10
Y por último y no menos importante, las camareras de habitacion.. que gran labor hacéis!

Cons:

El hecho de coincidir con grupos tan grandes.
Deducimos que habian algunas competiciones de baile y por ende es normal el flujo de tanta gente..

Mi gozo en un pozo
Pros:

La habitacion y la piscina infiniti.

Cons:

El buffet poco variado i muy poca calidad,el precio de las bebidas desorbitado 4 euros por un refresco por dios ni opcion de pension completa. En cuanto a la animacion infantil inexistente,una decepcion.
