Stay at four point
Pros:

The hotel view of the mountain from the room, cleaniness and spaciousness was top nouch. The room was well lit and the smart TV can be used to connect to youtube or Netflix- that was awesome.
Its a huge resort and if Terra Mitica was open, we think our children would have enjoyed it.
We were given tickets to Mundomar which we really appreciates as that was memorable for us as a family of 4.

Cons:

We stayed at the hotel from 26/03 to 01/04. We only enjoyed our time during the first two days. The remaining four days were chaotic because a group of students were also lodging at the hotel and, unfortunately, they were extremely noisy. With constant door knocking and loud behaviour, we couldn’t get a proper night’s sleep from the 28th until we left on the 1st of April. At one point, a child even jumped from their balcony into ours. We have children ourselves and were travelling with them, but I really wish the students had been supervised more closely by their teachers.

Secondly, we asked the front desk to cover a nail that was sticking out of the bathroom floor and to help us adjust the air conditioning, as the room was too hot at night. They assured us both issues would be resolved when we return. When we returned, we informed them we were back, and they again promised someone would come, but no one ever did. We later noticed the nail had been covered while we were away, but the room remained uncomfortably hot throughout the night. We had to leave the balcony door open for fresh air, which only made the noise from the students even louder.

Todo genial, buen lugar aunque el sofá cama pésimo
Pros:

El alojamiento está muy bien, limpio amplio y una buena experiencia. Personal muy amable.

Cons:

El sofá cama para niños era horroroso, el colchón no se veía bi medio recto, y en el desayuno hubo un rato que no había de nada, supongo que fue un momento de desbordamiento, puede pasar. Aún así es un hotel bastante recomendable aunque deberían de mirar los sofás cama porque no son aptos ni para dormir niños, todo lo demás estupendo, un alojamiento muy bueno.
