Great spot to start and finish your Balinese holiday,,,,close to the airport but nice and quiet!!

Nice place for overnight , close to airport. Walkable with google maps , Warm water takes a bit of time, staff is super friendly.

This was our third stay at the hotel, and once again, we had a very good experience. The staff know us well by now, which makes everything feel even more welcoming and personal. The location is excellent — very convenient to the beach, eateries, supermarkets, and also quite close to the airport. It’s always a smooth and enjoyable stay. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

The staff at The Kutaya were all amazing and friendly! Very welcoming! Everything was so clean and the pool was amazing! The staff were exceptional and very helpful!

This is a older property, thankfully it hasn't been pulled down and a heartless hotel built in its place.
The Balinese buildings are delightful, it is spotless and the staff are friendly.
You can walk to the airport or up to Kuta easily. I discovered it when I was looking for somewhere reasonably priced for a layover and pleased that I did.

Pretty good place by the airport. I would probably.move the mops and cleaning materials out of site and it would feel alot nicer. The plants and pool was nice.

The room was mouldy but it was just a room to make our base for the day while we waited for out late night flight.

This was my third stay at the Kutaya-- it is so conveniently located near the airport (allow time for the driver to get lost, though, lol) that it is hard to pass up. Plus, the staff are very friendly and accommodating. I will gladly stay again when I return to Bali.

Friendly, helpful staff. Great hotel for a quick stay near the airport- this is my second visit and I've booked the third for the night before flying out of Bali. Food is good if you're pressed for time or are tired from just flying in.

Nice, convenient hotel near the airport. I will stay again when I fly in late or leave early. Clean room with nice staff.

The bed sheets were super dirty, the shower points out toward the door and cannot be adjusted downward, the shower also took 5 mins to heat up. The air conditioning was also very poor. Safe enough walk from the airport, only about 10 mins down some sketchy alleyways. Overall this was a pretty poor place to stay.
