Staff incredibly friendly and helpful
Location suited me well... easy stroll/cycle to town centre and nice park close by

Bathroom mirror lighting a bit dark - should be able to adjust for greater/lesser brightness.

Pros:

Het ontbijt was zeer goed. Goed verzorgd, alles was lekker en er was genoeg keuze.

Cons:

Wij hadden de comfortkamer geboekt die niet goedkoop is. Bij aankomst (we moesten 2 uur rijden) waren we 20 minuten eerder dan de eigenlijke inchecktijd. Daarom wilden ze ons extra kosten in rekening brengen. Toen we er wat van zeiden werd dit gelukkig teruggedraaid.
De kamer bleek niet te zijn wat we hadden geboekt op de site. De foto's waren niet zoals in werkelijkheid. Het hotel was blijkbaar overboekt waardoor wij deze mindere prettig kamer kregen. Daardoor vonden wij de prijs-/kwaliteitverhouding buiten proporties.

Junges, sehr zuvorkommendes, hilfsbereites und höfliches Personal.
Fahrradstellplatz der mit Schlüsselkarte zugänglich ist.
Kostenfreies Parken auf eigenem Parkplatz.
Super ruhig, mit offenem Fenster schlafen möglich.
Tolles Frühstück mit spannenden Beigaben.

Super zuvorkommendes Personal.
Das Frühstück im angrenzenden Restaurant war der absolute Hammer.

Prima hotel op korte afstand van het centrum van Leeuwarden.
Pros:

Personeel (studenten van de NHL) waren supervriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt was heerlijk en de kamer (suite) beviel prima.

Cons:

De bediening van gordijnen en rolgordijn via een tablet heeft als nadeel dat je bijv. gordijnen alleen geheel open of dicht kan doen. Een stukje open gaat helaas niet. In ons toilet mag het ventilatierooster een schoonmaakbeurt hebben.

Heerlijk rustig!
Pros:

Lekker rustig hotel, je kon makkelijk parkeren achter de slagbomen bij het hotel. Het is een kwartiertje lopen naar het centrum en dit was prima te doen. De kamer was schoon en mooi. Airco was goed. Ontvangst was ook prima en er werd meegelopen naar de kamer. Ik zou hier zo weer overnachten.

Der wunderschöne Raum, in dem wir frühstücken konnten. Die Art des Frühstückangebots, die vielen freundlichen Hotelangestellten.
Das „ Plant a tree“ Projekt in punkto Zimmerservice…
