Friendly staff, great facilities and good value for money.
Pros:

Location was great, close to the tram and the beach.
Had a wonderful view.
Faciloities were great including washing machine and dryer

Great view of the beach and river 👌
Pros:

Its in a great location, it was clean and good quality furniture and kitchen. great view of the beach and the river. Access to the roof with a BBQ area is great. Plenty of free parking.

Cons:

The TV in the lounge room didn't work , it would turn on and off but wouldn't go past the main menu, the TV in the bed room is not a smart TV, no apps or casting available only free to air channels. The shower head was very poor quality, half of the water was leaking at that base. The dryer was extremely loud and vents straight into a wall , so it wasn't very effective.

Fabulous.
Pros:

Spacious. Amazing views of both river & beach.
Close proximity to tram.
The staff were exceptionally accommodating & friendly.

Cons:

We were there for 4 nights in a 2 bedroomed apartment. I thought it was ridiculous if we wanted additional normally complimentary items, they were all at a cost e.g. extra loo roll, tissues, dishwasher tablets, change of towels, bedding, clean, shampoo etc. This was a first for me.

Rhapsody Awesome!
Pros:

The room, albeit a bit small, still had EVERYTHING!! Including a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, pots and pans! I mean, everything! Was great! A convenience store right there on ground level and only a short walk (5-7 minutes to Cavill Avenue; the centre of town! Was really great. So clean and tidy too. Oh yeah, also has a gymnasium and a gorgeous rooftop BBQ and garden area. And GREAT value for money. Would most definitely stay there again. Loved it. Very happy indeed.

Cons:

Actually, can't really think of anything too much wrong. Had a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay here. And we will not hesitate to recommand the hotel to our freinds.
Pros:

The location is excellent. Staff were very nice and helpful. Overall staying was very enjoyable.

Cons:

The shower head was bit too high, sometimes it will fall off the hooker.

Pros:

Well it's a first class hotel. Completely comfortable with all the amenities at hand. The Rhapsody Beachside cafe is a great place to start your day as well. Located next to the ground level with a great menu.
