Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Only fully vaccinated guests with proof of their digital COVID-19 vaccination certificate are allowed to check-in at our hotel. Guests who are not / not fully vaccinated with an admissible reason are required to obtain a letter of consent by an appointed Doctor.
Please note that the hotel does not accept third-party credit card payments.
The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.

Met expectations
Pros:

Room ok. Has pool which i didnt have time to use. Karaoke in evening suited for old songs. Location close with walking distance to other locations.

ملاحظة: حجزنا في فندق clio وعند الوصول حولونا الى فندق اخر! Sunway lagoon resort. ليش ماادري. انت اطلب من booking.com يحقق بالموضوع. الطاقم سيء في التعامل. حجزت غرفتين قالوا متجاورين طلع بيتهم 8 غرف والمصعد. ولا راعوا ان عندنا اطفال صغار. ماقدرنا ننام عدل لانه عندنا اطفال. السرير في الغرفه العائليه صغير. ومب مريح جدا انا ولا مره نمت نومً متواصل فيها. الطعام ماله لذه واخر يوم تعبت من الاكل. بركة السباحه ماقدرنا نسبح فيها. الماي صراحه وايد بارد مادري شالحكمه. واللي يدخل يسبح مايكمل ويطلع. الممشى بين الغرف مش مستوي. يارفعه يانزله. يعني الياهل لما يركض او يمشي عنده فرصه يطيح. المكيف غريب وعجيب. اخلي الحرارة 23 على auto. يبد يشتغل ويبرد لين منتصف الليل يتصكر. ويبقى مغلق لين ماتصير الغرفة حارة اقوم واشغله مره ثانيه. هذي كانت الحاله 3 ايام للاسف علشان جذي مانمت ولا ليله. الريوق عبارة عن فوضى مب مرتب ابدا. صراحة خسارة نسكن بهالفندق. المفروض نروح فندق ثاني برع ونجي الصبح الألعاب المائية ونرجع فندق خارجي لان اصلا الحجز بالفندق مايشمل دخول الألعاب المائية. الماء المقدم بالغرفة جودتها سيئة وفيها طعم مر. اضطيت اشتري من المول. الموظفين خدمتهم وتعاملهم غير جيد للأسف يتعاملون معاك كانهم مكينه مب بشر. من الاستقبال الى مركز الاتصال الى المسبح. . مره بغيت اطلب باستا اتصلت ابغي باستا بيضه حق ولدي. قالي اختار من الثلاث اسماء. سالته ابغي بيضه. قالي اختار اللي بالمنيو. سالت جات جي بي تي وضح لي احسن من الموظف واخترت الصوص الصح!! اسف بس هذي هي الحقيقة.
