Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Only fully vaccinated guests with proof of their digital COVID-19 vaccination certificate are allowed to check-in at our hotel. Guests who are not / not fully vaccinated with an admissible reason are required to obtain a letter of consent by an appointed Doctor.
Please note that the hotel does not accept third-party credit card payments.
The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.

Pros:

Ma in realtà e’ un albergo in un Mall vicino a una sorta di parco dei divertimenti, comunque con una bella piscina una bella palestra, collegato direttamente con un grande centro commerciale pieno di bei negozi, gran bella e varia colazione sia occidentale che asiatica.

心地よくすごせました！
Pros:

部屋がとても清潔で、広々していました。スタッフも皆さん、朗らかで親切で、コンシェルジュの英語もわかりやすいので頼れます。サンウェイ・ピラミッドもすぐ隣で、買い物や食事に行くのにとても便利でした。

Grosses Bett im Zimmer, kaum Geräusche der grossen Strasse wahrnehmbar; Das Frühstücksbuffet ist der Wahnsinn, zusätzlich noch ein Pool... sehr freundliches Personal

Cons:

Zimmernachbarn... die haben nachts entschieden, dass da mit lautem Gespräch und Türknallen das ganze Stockwerk wissen muss, dass man sich streitet.

Overall was superb! Hotel staff is lovely and accommodating
Pros:

After moving to 13th floor, everything was perfect no more strong scents

Cons:

We were supposed to stay at 15th floor but the central air perfume scent was too strong so we have to request to change room, I think the scent needs to be reduce
