Accueil le moins convivial
Pros:

La vue de nuit.

Cons:

Nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel à 14h30, mais il n'était pas possible de nous attribuer une chambre et de nous remettre les cartes d'accès à ce moment-là. Parmi les hôtels quatre étoiles visités lors de notre séjour, celui-ci est le seul à ne pas offrir cette flexibilité d'allocation anticipée.

L'accueil a aimablement conservé nos bagages en attendant, ce qui était pratique, mais aucune assistance n'a été offerte pour les transporter jusqu'à la chambre – un service souvent disponible dans d'autres hôtels au Japon.

L'hôtel ne fournit pas de chaussons jetables, contrairement à ce qui est courant dans certains établissements pour l'hygiène et le confort.

Les cartes de chambre sont de couleur blanche et noire, sans explication fournie lors de l'enregistrement.

Quiet but also convenience included.
Pros:

There are 2 convenient stores (Family Mart, 7-Eleven) right next to the building that have a variety of items to choose from. Also it's not too far from the Nagoya station. Since the rooms are located from 19/F and above the sound proof is pretty good.

Cons:

The onsen spot is just a simply bigger than usual bathtub like, with 1 spot available for relaxation. It is also located from 18/F onwards so you would have to wait for escalator every time to go to the hotel, then another one for your rooms.

Returning place for Nagoya
Pros:

Location was great. Direct link to Nagoya station access, fully sheltered and very convenient.
Within easy walk to restaurants, convenience stores and shopping areas.
Room was well appointed for a comfortable stay, considered spacious with king sized bed. There’s a coffee machine in the room.

Cons:

Lighting in the room is a little dim. Otherwise all good.
