Niente… piccolo suggerimento… mettere un orologio nella SPA dove c’è la vasca dell’acqua che può servire per capire che ore sono.

It was okay compared with other Mitsui properties.
Pros:

Staff is helpful, nice and accommodating

Cons:

Influx of tourist who visit are not respectful of facilities and others. They wear the onsen robes to breakfast and walk outside. They don’t wash themselves before going into onsen. They are loud and does not have good etiquette to staff and others. We are also visitors and find it this behavior appalling. There is only 2 washers/dryers in entire hotel.

Modern clean hotel with public bath facilities to relax
Pros:

Wonderful staff helped us forward our luggage. We needed to get the process done the night before since we had an early start to travel to Ghibli Park. The location is near Nagoya station and convenient. Additionally, room was very clean. Enjoyed using their public bath facilities as well.

I expected more from the 4 star hotel
Pros:

It’s okay as the location is near the Nagoya station and it’s hard to find the way back through the underground streets

Cons:

Don’t like the shower curtain and not as kid friendly as I expected

Good stay
Pros:

Near the main train and subway station with underpass connection. Friendly staff and good breakfast.

Cons:

Bed was 'dented'...? (Too many people sleeping on it) Bed sheets were changed only for 4 nights and longer. The room is a bit dusty.

Pros:

Very nice and comfortable place to stay! We enjoyed the spacious room a lot!

Cons:

We found that the washing machine didn't really dry our clothes that well despite being on dry on for 90mins.
