Fantastic location for all the family but be cautious if room size and duration of stay
Pros:

The views are incredible, the reception staff are very friendly and well spoken in multiple languages. This hotel is great for children and there is a great play area near the hotel. It’s a foodies dream as there are a unlimited amount of restaurants near by and a very close to both a train station and underground shopping mall. They had buffet breakfast and also a set menu which was great fun that also included a little instruction menu on how to eat it properly.

Cons:

They had a homeless man In the lobby 18 floors up sleeping for one of the days. The beds are hard and you do run out of ways to lay without back ache after a few days. Anything smaller than a king room is too small. A 18-19m2 room is not something you want to experience again. Breakfast didn’t have a changing menu so got boring quickly. Like all over Japan they only take the unhealthy western options like pancakes, cereal and croissants.

Pros:

Perfect location just 10min walk from when you step out of the train in Nagoya station. Friendly staff, large rooms, comfy beds, clean and amazing view. I've stayed here twice for business trips in Nagoya and it been great both times. I did not have the breakfast but coffee machine is available in the room.
