Good size room, comfortable beds. It was clean and staff polite and helpfull. It was a better than expected experience. We needed a one night stay near the airport (though it took 30 minutes to reach by taxi) Breakfast was suffecient, tastefull and well presented. Internet was ok.

Cons:

The location. We already knew it was far from everything, so we didnt mind. 7-11 nearby and Grab delivery took care of our needs.

I was not happy with the whole thing the small beds and staff and management attitude

I didn't like the Hotel and the attitude of staff and their management. We booked for 7 people (6+ one Child) and the confirmation was given including breakfast. But when we arrived they only provided small beds for only 6 people and when I asked the staff they didn't want to help and requested us to pay extra for additional be for the child and also they requested that we pay for the breakfast of the child as an extra person.

We came late night from airport and were tired and was raining heavily and staff were not helpful and didn't want to check the booking and they kept saying that I need to sort this with booking.com as it is my problem and no theirs.?
