Overall great! We'd stay here again for the convenient location.
Pros:

Location was perfect. Close to restaurants, bars and shopping.

Cons:

Service was very slow in the cafe (ECDC). Only ordered coffees and espresso drinks all weekend, and at one point we waited about 30 minutes till drinks came out. Pizza was delicious from the restaurant.

It was a positive stay
Pros:

friendliness of staff and location was quiet -Coffee shop and restaurant onsite

Cons:

I spent two nights -- It would have been nice to have had cleaning staff replenish the makeup remover wipes once they saw that I had indeed used them, so the second night I would not have had to dirty a white washcloth with makeup.
There was a homeless young man in the parking elevator lobby one night.

All in all, a nice stay
Pros:

Would have liked a complimentary breakfast. Loved the location. Parking garage was a nice bonus as we had bikes and they stayed dry. Great staff.

Can't wait to go back!
Pros:

It's a prime location downtown, close to the Pablo Center and excellent walking trails. The coffee shop is fantastic and seems popular with the locals, great staff. Can't wait to stay there again.

Aaron at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Easy parking ramp on sight at a reasonable rate. Super fun and cute area. Very clean comfortable room

Pros:

This is a nice property. Very clean and maintained well. My only issue is that is can be hard to spot if you are not from the area (basically inside of a parking ramp). Took a bit to figure that out but otherwise it’s in a nice area that has a lot of walkable options for dining and shopping and staff was very nice.

Good but…
Pros:

We were booked into a room on the second floor and the room AC unit was so loud that I didn’t sleep at all. Mention this to the manager and within a few hours we were moved to another room which was wonderful. The decor in the public spaces was what a Hilton would be like (see pics). There was. BLM and Rainbow flag in the lounge but no American flag. In a time where we should be united I would think Hilton would rethink their choices
