Comfortable and good location.
Pros:

The breakfast was OK. The Dive bar was nice with very good service. The staff was attentive.

The breakfast was OK. The lobby bathrooms were terrible. Dirty and not working properly. We were delayed numerous time getting in to our room. We were not even able to check in by 4:00 PM. and finally said to just hold our room and we would be back later. We asked for complimentary water in our room and were told No, that I did not have enough reward sand commented on who I booked through. I travel frequently and have not stayed in a hotel without complimentary water for years ! It is inexcusable that we could not check in by 4:00 PM. The 2 different staff we encountered trying to check in did not seen knowledgeable in their jobs. Their personalities did not match with what a company should want for a customers first impression.

Cons:

Breakfast is provided at a cafe in the lobby area, and options are limited. Also, you are credited to 30 $ for breakfast. And we were not informed about this arrangement. Out breakfast was below expectations compared with other hotels on our trip

Cons:

Noisy at night outside of building. Light didn't work in the hallway. Chair at desk was very battered and torn. No amenities such as coffee, welcome treat in the lobby and I missed the breakfast comp.

One of only two hotels in that part of the city. Close to the event we were attending. Room was clean and comfortable.

La baignoire bouchée
Le ménage non réalisé. La chambrea été refaire une fois pendant notre séjour. Et cela pour nos 2 chambres réservées.
Les lits de taille queen. Cela est selon le personnel indiqué sur le site au moment de la réservation, mais sincèrement cela manque de vrais avertissements. DOnc être 2 par chambre a été compliqué.

Overall great! We'd stay here again for the convenient location.

Cons:

Service was very slow in the cafe (ECDC). Only ordered coffees and espresso drinks all weekend, and at one point we waited about 30 minutes till drinks came out. Pizza was delicious from the restaurant.
