Vores værelse havde ikke aircondition, selvom vi havde bestilt et værelse med aircondition. Vi fik nogle penge tilbage, hvilket var rigtig sødt af dem.

Budget hotel, but don’t take the cheapest option.
Pros:

I stopped here for two nights when in Trincomalee. The hotel is within walking distance to the bus station and also a local beach with very few tourists and small market areas, though it is around 6km away from the more lively Uppaveli beach.
The basic triple room that I was initially booked in wasn’t very good at all, with stained bedsheets and a dirty bathroom.

I asked to be upgraded and, after a small argument, the manager kindly put me in the next class above, which was far better..

Would recommend if you’re looking to be away from a lively atmosphere and close to locals. If you’re looking for more fun and atmosphere, definitely head more north.

Simple hotel in convenient location
Pros:

Good budget hotel. Room was clean with air-con. Drainage in bathroom not great and shower really needed a thorough clean. Overall as expected for the price.

Good hotel for it's price
Pros:

We arrived late at 02:00am.
Guard welcomed us and took us to the room.
We've got a bigger room since our was occupied.
Generally, nice and clean place but far from every thing in Trincomalee.
I wouldn't recommend to stay in any hotel in the city, go for the beach hotels.
What you will save on hotel in the city, you will spend on Tuk-tuks there and back.
