Gut Gut aber wir haben das etwas anders vorgestellt.

Personal super nett und hilfsbereit. Das Design. Die Lage

Cons:

Das Frühstück war okay, aber am Kaffeesortiment sollte man noch arbeiten. Es gab keine Milchalternativen (was in Japan fast überall so ist, also eher nebensächlich). Die Aufzüge sind leider etwas langsam und man weiß nie, ob sie wirklich kommen. Das Zimmer war etwas klein, Bad und Toilette sind kombiniert.

Pros:

Good location, centrally located within Tokyo. It's close to Tokyo Station (a few blocks away) and multiple department stores. 7-11 is nearby as well as a few coffee shops and a handful of restaurants (mostly chains though i think). It's close enough to a main subway station and far enough away from the all the crowds. It's definitely quieter at night, not much of a night scene.

Stayed in a Superior 2 twin bed room with my two young kids so my wife and I had enough room to share a bed with one kid each. The Superior room provides a little more space, mainly because it has a long hallway once you enter which provides more than enough space to store your luggage (for us it also included our stroller). Beds were comfortable, the room was very clean and quiet. It's on a main street and theres always big construction trucks and delivery trucks driving by but I didn't hear a single one. Bathroom was a bit small and I wish there was little more counter space or shelving to hold things but we made it work.

Staff was incredible, very friendly and professional. They did whatever they could to make my family feel at home. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the breakfast buffet was, it doesn't look like a huge space to have a buffet but they make it work and each day they would rotate a few items in and out. My kids loved it. For the price, it was very worth it and was a great way to get the day started.

Good enough for visiting tourists- who are fine with 3 star or 4 star type of rooms
Pros:

Very convenient location- close to Tokyo station and also Ginza street- which is one of the most prominent shopping area. Also the staff was very helpful and overall service level was quite good:

Cons:

Quite small rooms- queen beds were small and cramped. Though overall just adequate for a tourist who would be spending major portion of his day time outside the hotel. Also the breakfast- particularly for vegetarians was not adequate and was almost the same on all the days of the stay.

La colazione è adeguata alla struttura: c'è varietà, pietanze orientali e occidentali.

Cons:

La camere non sono molto spaziose, anche se questa sembra essere una prerogativa nipponica.

Pros:

Location - it was within walking distance of Tokyo Station and Nihonbashi.

Cons:

The amenities were modest. I would've wanted a bigger and fluffier bath towel. There were only two thin, short towels and I didn't have one to dry my hair. Other than that, I have no complaints.
