A convenient hotel
Pros:

I enjoyed the location was near transportation, convenience stores, bars and restaurants. Breakfast was diverse and nice add on I'd recommend. The room had the basic necessities, bathroom, shower/bath, a/c and a fridge, and coffee if that's your thing.

Cons:

I only speak English. It was hard communicating with the staff. No gym access. Room was small. Elevator delays weren't uncommon in the building.

Good value, comfortable and good location.
Pros:

Great location for Tokyo Station. Helpful staff. Very clean. The complementary afternoon tea was a really nice addition.

Cons:

The room was so small, our double bed was pushed up against the wall which made it difficult for 2 people. I know that space is a premium in Tokyo, but i have not encountered such a small double room before in a hotel

Looked better in the pictures, probably due a refurb, lifts were always busy (only 2)

Pros:

Location is great, bed and pajamas were nice, breakfast was okay. Room size is good by Tokyo standards, although not much counter space.

Cons:

I think breakfast was a bit overpriced for what was provided, and the elevators can be slow during the morning rush.
