Will be back.
Pros:

Location was very good. It was near places we have not seen before. Breakfast was also very good Had to pay for an upgrade because room was very small.

It’s in a okay location close to Kyobashi station

Cons:

It’s not a very warm space , toilets feel like you’re using a toilet in a yatch, very limited space to use. Pillows are flat and not very comfy. They charge for everything, and no flexibility on check out time even if you arrive late. like if you ask for a late check out, they charge 2000yen for every hour , so means the hotel is not fully booked but they refuse to let you even have a one hour later check out. I prefer the Nikko hotel chain compared to Mitsui garden chain. Toiletries like shampoo and bath gel isn’t that great quality too

Pros:

The location was perfect us. Walkable to Ginza area and just around the corner to the underground entrance to Tokyo Station and also Ginza line station.

Cons:

They need more elevators for customers.

Just perfect and feeling supported
Pros:

The hotel is very convenient, rooms are quite good and the staff is top!!
Beside that, the location is more than perfect for business trip and pleasure.

Over priced but comfortable
Pros:

We liked the comfort of the room and the peacefulness although the hotel is located in a busy area. The colour theme created a nice ambiance. Excellent location near Tokyo Central Station.

Cons:

Not a good breakfast at all. We stayed at other Mitsui Hotels in Japan. This one didn't match the others.

Great Hotel close to the Tokyo station & wonderful staff
Pros:

It was well situated for our needs in a nice neighbourhood with decent amenities nearby. The hotel was perfect for getting the Shinkansen to Osaka with a very short walk to the station.The hotel staff were very helpful.

Cons:

I have no complaints to be honest.
