I won't be staying at this location again and not sure i would use booking. Com.
Pros:

Breakfast was great and the location to our events was wonderful.

Cons:

At this time they have ripped me off for money and they will not rectify. They say I never stayed there and they over charged my stay. Also no hot water for the shower and there answer was another room. At this point we are tired and wore out.

Pool loooked dirty- while he couldn’t find reservation and I was on phone with booking.com he kept asking me to go far away from desk (1 was only person in lobby) 2 hours later I ended up calling the travel insurance and initiated claim. There was a shift change and Jordyn came on desk duty and I just booked a room for night. Pool looked dirty so I went to bed

amazing staff
Pros:

Grace at the front desk was amazing and so kind and helpful exactly the kind of friendly person you want to see after a long trip. The rooms are spacious amazing breakfast quiet hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Pros:

Worst staff I’ve ever experienced at any hotel in 50 years. These people should not be allowed to work in America unless they speak English. Absolutely horrible experience.
