Personál bol milý a ústretový, ochotný pomôcť. Personál nás ochotne presťahoval do inej izby. Parkovanie bolo zabezpečené vo dvore hotela. Postele boli veľmi pohodlné. Raňajky boli chutné a s dobrým výberom. Príjemná a tichá lokalita - v bezprostrednom okolí hotela nie sú bary a reštaurácie - to znamená tichú a pokojnú noc a spanie. Reštaurácie sú inak na dosah ruky. 15% zľava na pizzu v potešila. Bezlepkový chlieb a bezlepkové sladké pečivo bolo k dispozícii

V prvej izbe bola v kúpeľni na stenách pleseň. Po výmene izby v druhej izbe bolo všetko OK. Veľmi krátka posteľ
